i am not exactly into wines but i still wanted to go to hunter valley to see my first vineyard. wine tasting comes second to mind. the problem was, it was still considered as winter and it wasn't the vineyard that i had in mind. however, i still found the trip interesting and learned so much about wines. i kind of like the way they described the wines and how they associated it based on their moods or state of mind. we visited at least 4 wineries which i believe were excellent choices. it wasn't a drink and run type of tour wherein the tour guide would hurry things up so we can hop on to the next winery. we had ample time to enjoy each stop and the in betweens were not so bad either. kim, our driver and guide kept as entertained the whole time with his stories and trivia. it was fun.
