“Gorgeous Look View - over zealous Glass collectors”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

Lovely Roof top bar - greeted by wonderful, friendly bar staff in basement - much needed drink in 30 degree heat at 2pm!
Delighted to find a seat on the Rooftop - gorgeous views but spoilt by 'Human flies' in form of bar staff, hovering trying to take away you glasses, before you had even half finished! After 7 visits from them in less than 5 minutes, found the relaxation factor rather reduced, and left within 20 mins of arrival - Back off Guys!
Put me off coming back for a meal, for sure!

“outdoor lunch in the Rocks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

I went here with friends after doing the bridge walk, its just a short walk from there. Weather permittimg, I would recomend going to the roof terrace which has amazing views over the harbour. We were in for lunchtime snacks and beers and had these served with friendly and attentive staff. we had prawns, squid, potatoe skins and fries all with dips of various types and all very tasty.prices reasonable for Sydney.

“Go for the view stay for the food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

The location of the top terrace is fantastic. You get full views of the harbour with the bridge and views of the Opera House. It is not by far the cheapest place in the world but nowhere in Sydney is cheap. I did really enjoy the food, the beer and the atmosphere. It is worth a visit for any traveller.

“Best pub view in Sydney!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013 via mobile

This venue has it all. From a cosy fireside atmosphere in winter to spectacular harbour views on a sunny summer day, you can't best this place!! Right in Sydney CBD, 5 minutes from Circular Quay, the comprehensive menu and excellent wine list never fails to please, whether you are looking for a lunch, dinner, or even a quiet snack with a glass of wine, taking in views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, of course!

“Great view from rooftop bar”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013 via mobile

The Glenmore has something for everyone - traditional pub atmosphere on the lower levels (complete with that beer-soaked wood smell...) and then a glorious open rooftop bar. The rooftop bar was buzzing, even at 2pm on a Saturday. Food was efficient and plentiful and tasty- good grub to soak up the drinks. Not bad value for central Sydney, you could get a bottle of bubbles for $35 and a cocktail jug for $28. The view over Circular Quay and the opera house is very special, and it is in a perfect spot for watching the sunset. Great!
