“Great breaky, great location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

Right on north steyne beach....perfect for early morning coffee or mid morning breakfast. Traditional menu, excellent staff...always a pleasure.

“Unfriendly Staff...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

--> The food is still very good, but some female waiting staff could use a lesson in friendliness, and wear a smile on their face, or find another job...
--> We wouldn't rush to go back to Jelly Fish purely from our unfriendly experience from a female member of staff sorting out the seating...
--> There were clearly spaces available for two people to share a table with others at the busy time we arrived for breakfast, but the female sorting out the seating appeared to be being difficult because she thought she was in a position of power...

“Great Breakfasts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

We have been to the cafe on a number of occasions for breakfast when visiting Manly. I am hooked on the eggs benedict and the servings are adequate. It has a comprehensive menu for all tastes and requirements (eg gluten free, vegetarian). It is very busy especially on the weekends. The service is good and the staff friendly.

“Breakfast, lunch or dinner with ocean views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

Jelly Fish Cafe is a popular Manly spot for watching the local crowd, waves and, at the right time of the year, whales too. Outdoor or indoor seating, a great menu and it's fantastic location across the road from the beach, ensure that it's usually pretty busy in summer - particularly over the weekend. Live music on weekend evenings, candlelight and the sound of the waves crashing near by creates a romantic atmosphere.

“One of our favourites!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

There's nothing to dislike at all. The staff are friendly, the food scrumptious and well priced, and its extremely child friendly. Probably avoid 9 on a Sunday if you don't like crowds! Try dinner, its much quieter and the food really is delicious. But please bring back the mushroom arancini tapas!
