“Good tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013 via mobile

I joined the wine tour as my hotel recommended it, our guide Rae was very friendly and funny, it makes the whole trip interesting! We went to 3 winery and tried a lot of wine, too bad it was raining and couldn't be able to take a closer look with the vineyard.
I had the gourmet lunch which would be 2 course lunch (starter & main / main & dessert) with a glass of wine. The portion is good and it was worth it for paying a bit more.

“Fantastic wine tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2013

I went on the wine tour to Hunter Valley, and from the start to the end of the day, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Steve, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgable and entertaining, providing so much additional information on every element of the tour (from the history of the Hunter, to the detail around each winery). The tour is incredible value for money, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a day trip to the Hunter Valley.

“Wonderful bush experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

We took a boutique bush safari and had a wonderful time. Our guide picked us up and dropped us off at the front door of the hotel, and kept us informed and entertained the entire time between these two events. We had a lovely afternoon tea by a lake, a tasty and filling pub dinner, and even a short time for shopping, in addition to the chance to see amazing animals in the wild. We sighted a couple of koala, numerous kangaroo and wallabies, kookaburra, parrots, cockatoos, platypus, and wombats. Even saw several owls and bats during the night safari. Great experience with a knowledgeable guide who is passionate about his work and his country.

“Great wine tour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 25, 2012

We recently did the boutique wine tour out of Sydney, into the Hunter Valley. It was a great day; Michael the driver was friendly and we didn't feel rushed at any time. He selected 4 nice boutique wineries to go to - all with their own charm. Sarah at Earnest Hill was a right character! Lunch options (buy your own at some little tourist 'village') were the only area that we thought weren't quite up to the quality of the rest of the tour.
