“One night stay on road trip”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

Staff were nice and friendly and we had a great meal at the restaurant, fairly expensive but well presented and nice efficient service. The cabin we were allocated was number15 On arriving st the bure I was concerned to find the entry steps broken and hoped it wasnt a sign if things to come. The tv was fairly new and that was fine, Unfortunately it didnt make up for the general lack of cleanliness, old and dirty furniture, the smell of dampness and general decay . I understand that the cabins are privately owned, all I can say is if you decide to stay make sure you dont get this bure I wont be back sorry.

Stayed here in August for work and shared a two bed bure with my colleague. The accommodation was excellent and great value for money. Hosts Todd and Kylie went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we enjoyed our stay. Must say though that the highlight for me was their newly renovated restaurant which was superb and the meals were out of this world to the point that I had to have two entrées. Will definitely stay here again when next in Coffs and recommend to all I know. Top spot.

Recently stayed at Paradise Palms for the first time in 2 years, wow what a transformation the place has had. The resturant just adds perfection to the stay. Enjoyed every detail to the stay from check-in to check-out would highly recommend for business traveller, a week stay or just an overnighter.

Room Tip: The recently renovated rooms are of high class.

Stayed here recently while attending a course in Coffs Harbour. Clean and cosy cabins, but by far the standout of my stay was the restaurant. Amazing food, I suggest the "two tails" which I had for my entree, bugs and crocodile in a light tempura batter with a chili dipping sauce.... All beautifully presented.

We stayed here in 2012 and have booked again for 2013. The spaciousness of the resort with lawned areas was awesome. We could see the children in the pool from our room balcony which is a real safety bonus. A spread our relaxing resort. And the bargain price leaves lots of room for daytime activities such as the porpoise pool in Coffs Harbour. If you need space for the children and want an instant friendly dog onsite for the children to adore then I highly recommend this. I like to chill out and my child's loudness was just absorbed into the greenery and did not bother anyone. The children could walk around the grass area. We used the outdoor bbqs a few times. The apartments are well separated. The managers were really helpful, although we are pretty self sufficient.

Room Tip: One bedroom is great for families of up to 4.

Loved our overnight stay here! We will definitely be returning.

Booked the cabin for a night and wish we could have stayed longer! The reception staff was friendly and helpful - great tip on the restaurant recommendations for dinner. The cabin was clean and spacious! Location was perfect...although easily accessed from the highway we didn't hear any traffic. Woke up to a beautiful surrounding area.

Location might be a little obscure. We missed the turn twice in a row on the highway.

Other than that, everything is good. The facilities were really good and new. Basically had everything a hotel should provide. The toilet and room were clean.

Take note that the toilet can be very cold at night as it blasts cold air from outside.
