My wife and I had a beautiful meal here, it is a potentially romantic place but feels a bit stiff and for some reason musicless (Waiter said we were in a quiet zone :). The food though was outstanding, the presentation was magnificent and the flavours of each dish matched the presentation in quality and variety. The menu had four services for $80 and from memory 4-5 selections per service. The service was "proper" and technically good but lacked any personality. The wine list provided a good variety of wines but was a bit over priced in respect to the wines I knew, and had before in equivalent type restaurants. Overall I would definitely recommend Water's Edge as the food is worth the visit.
