A friend and I decided to come here for dinner. We were very disappointed with our experience. Our mains (no entree ordered) took 60 mins to arrive and were very bland. The wait staff asked my friend what she thought of the meal and she quite honestly stated it was dry and bland. The waitress asked if she could get anything else - the offer was declined. I too was not fussed on my choice and left half of it behind. The manager came over and asked what the problem was. It was explained that the meal was dry and tasteless. She just pulled a face, cleared the plate and walked off. She returned, took my plate and asked me if I wanted any tea or coffee - she did not ask me about my meal. My friend was not offered tea or coffee and I didn't bother with it. Before we knew it the bill had been slapped on our table as the manager walked by to chat with clients at another table. We were not asked if we wanted dessert and we had not asked for the bill. Clearly after that effort, or lack thereof, we were not going to either. The manager was rude and abrupt and took no steps to apologise nor to remediate the situation - we were treated with contempt. The waitress(es) we had were lovely, but this experience was out of their hands. Belluci's you need to pull up your socks and stop resting on what was a good reputation. The manager would benefit from a course in manners and customer service. I will not be returning to any Belluci's restaurant in future.
