The menu here seems to range over many South East Asian cuisines but the food was really tasty and offered some interesting and unusual choices. We shared three of the "Small Plates", the salt and cracked pepper crispy tofu from the usual menu, and two dishes from the specials menu, pork belly braised in red vinegar and zucchini flowers stuffed with spiced crab and served with tomato sambal. The tofu was wonderfully crisp on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The pork belly was melt-in-the-mouth delicious and we were really impressed with the zucchini flowers, a really unusual dish but very successful and very tasty. We then had the beef Rendang from the Mains menu and teamed it with the spring onion roti - the Rendang was very rich and fragrant and the roti was fantastic, light and flaky and completely more-ish. The service was efficient, attentive and pleasant. It is perhaps a little pricey for what it is but most Canberra restaurants seem to be quite expensive, even casual restaurants such as this one. Would recommend booking as it was very busy on the Friday night we visited. We will definitely eat here again when we visit Canberra.
