Simon and Fiona offer very comfortable accommodation and good evening meals, which are carefully planned in advance of your arrival. They provide the birds with a banquet to entertain you while you eat.
There is a very comprehensive library in the lounge for guests use

Just to say ditto to all the other reviews. We stayed for one night whilst walking the East Highland Way and found the hosts warm and welcoming. Everything you could want is here, including lovely food.

Theres not a lot we can say about the Rumblies that hasn’t already been said by other reviewers. Simon and Fiona are excellent friendly hosts and we were very impressed with all the thought and effort that’s gone into making this a green and eco friendly environment. The meals provided were excellent and where possible incorporated their own organically grown seasonal produce. The other consumables in the bedroom were organic, and or fair trade, and where possible locally sourced. With all the references to ‘being green’ and ‘eco friendly’ you may expect this place to be a bit on the ‘rustic side’, however, in reality this has to be of the cleanest, highest quality B&B’s you could ever hope to stay in. We wish we could have stayed longer. Colin & Anne.

The title says it all. I was reluctant to write this review, as it will encourage people to stay there and they are more likely to be full the next time I am in the area. (I have stayed there 4 times, but been turned away many more because they were full.) If a well known brewer of fizzy alcholic beverages were to run B&Bs, they still wouldn't be this good. At this year's prices, arguably the bestvalue accomadation in Scotland. I won't try to list all of their good points, because it would take too long. I will list the weaknesses:

We returned last week from a very enjoyable 3 night stay at 'The Rumblie'. The food was outstanding. Fiona is a great cook and it is well worth booking in for the evening meals which we did on all three nights. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out with everything you could need, even including bath robes.
It is a very relaxing place in a beautiful setting and well worth a stay if you are in the area. Simon and Fiona are great hosts and we were very impressed with all the thought and effort gone into making this a green and eco friendly environment from the home grown, organic, fair trade and locally sourced food to the many other measures taken. Thank you both for making us so welcome. We hope to be back, Karen, Tim and Brenda

This B&B was a real find and if you are visiting Laggan it is worth staying here! The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. The bedroom and ensuite were large and homely with good attention to detail. The real gem at this B&B is the food which was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and fantastic breakfast. Laggan is rather remote but the scenery is beautiful.

We have travelled a great deal and stayed in many B&Bs and this is the best we have experienced. Every need a guest may have has been thought of. Simon and Fiona are wonderful hosts. Our room was excellent. Can't recommend it highly enough.
