Having a two week slot in our Apartment A301 we decided that we would like a few extra days so booked four days in a hotel prior to our take up. Big mistake - soul less. On arriving on the 1st Feb we greeted at newly refurbished reception like old friends and when we got to our apartment it felt like we were coming home. Everything was as usual - clean and bright, new curtains in the lounge and bedroom. We soon unpacked and filled the fridge and settled in for our two weeks holiday. We couldn't fault anything at all - the staff were always smiling and helpful, and we were lucky to have the Mother and Daughter team (Pavlina and Theodora) to look after our apartment - always a pleasure to see them. Can't wait to go back next year - despite the awful weather we had during the last 6 days.

Room Tip: A301/2 above reception have direct access via lift from reception so very good for anyone with mobil...

Went to this resort on a RCI exchange and stayed there for a week over Christmas. The resort is about 2 kms from the ocean, but there are apartments with sea views, as was ours. Getting to this resort in the dark can get tricky, best way is from the Kings Avenue Road, but if like us you come through Paphos old town you can get there from the other side as well. We were flustered by the time we found our way there but there was a nice young man at the reception who was very pleasant and soothed our feathers appropriately. The rest of the days the reception staff was quite cold, except for Annette. The indoor pool was nice but open for very limited hours and on very few days while we were there, since over Christmas there is not much activity in town it would have been nice if the pool had been kept open, especially as the resort does not offer any activities. The apartment was nice with all the amenities that one requires, ours was a one bedroom and it had a dishwasher, they do not provide dishwasher tabs. There was no coffee percolator but on our request one was provided to us on our second day. There is a laundry with two sets of washer-dryers, which served us well. Having two single beds rather than a double was putting off and the mattress was not the most comfortable. I cannot agree with the compliments the restaurant received inn earlier reviews, had one dinner and one breakfast and both were poor quality. The management of the restaurant did not seem inclined to make many efforts as I asked for scrambled eggs which have been raved about in earlier reviews with my breakfast but was given fried eggs. The dinner we ate there was also lack lusture, The Pork Souvlaki was dry and the Mousaka had barely any meat and only potatoes to speak off. We had a car so ate out during the day and cooked our own dinners, most nights. Overall the week at the Club was enjoyable and is indeed recommended.

Just returned from our 2 week break and just as good as always.

We are owners since 2009 and always enjoy our stay.

The maintenance was responded to very quickly when we had to report a light bulb had gone.

The restaurant was as good as ever since Andreas and George took it over, went to Greek night and Cyprus night which was good fun. Victoria was her usual self doing her dance!!

The road works along the King of the Tombs road were not finished and was a bit of a nightmare if you have to walk, (hopefuly will be finished next time we come).

Stayed at this hotel from 19 to 26 October 2014. Had a two bedroom apartment and could not fault the apartment facilities or the maid service in any way. It was very quiet but this may have been because of when we stayed. there are two pools and they were both fine (cold but fine) the upper pool was very quiet which we liked. Lower pool was busier and had a pool bar and seating/table area. we found both the pool bar and the Taverna to be reasonably priced however we found the Taverna to be completely void of any sort of atmosphere. Situated within easy walking distance of public transport and buses run very frequently to Harbour or Coral bay if you don't want to hire a car. 15-20 minute walk to Lidl and the Tomb of the Kings. there are also strips of bars and restaurants along the road.

Room Tip: If you don't mind the hike up ask for an upper apartment for the views

The highlight of the year is always the 2 weeks spent at Paradise Kings.

The freedom to do what we want knowing that if we're absent from the resort, our apartment is looked after & watched by the many friends staying there.

Facilities are what we want & need although if you've small children, apart from the 'little pool', there is nothing specifically for them.

What helps make the holiday special is the banter, commitment and dedication from the pool bar & restaurant owners, Andreas & George along with the ever busy and ever popular Victoria.

I have been a time share owner at PKC for about 9 years, bought online unseen as I knew the area and knew I was taking a chance but have never been disappointed in all this time. I first bought a 1 bed apartment in L block but this year have upgraded to a 2 bed penthouse apartment during a spring week. We go back every year and were there in March of this year and had a lovely stay, going back next week with my son and his family, really looking forward to it !
A peaceful and relaxing place to stay, we always hire a car so will be going regularly to the harbour to the Pelican restaurant which serves such tasty fish - the pelicans are back as well, new ones of course I think the old ones died of old age ! There are some old favourite restaurants, such as Joannas, and some new ones, Gustos further on down the road. I'm sure they will all be tested again :)
Shopping at LIdl just down the road or into Paphos for Papantonios supermarket for our supplies.
Lots of strolls along the front, visit Tombs of the Kings and the Mosaics, up to Polis and Latsi for their fish restaurants, to Coral Bay to the beach for my grandson.
Perfect!
