Just stayed 6 nights at this great park. Excellent amenities - always clean and sparkling. Very friendly, helpful managers, Paul and Mo. Right on the beach overlooking North West Bay to hilly landscapes beyond. What a magic part of the world! A great base for exploring this region. When I'm next in southern Tassie, I'll be back to this park.

We stay one night in Cabin, price is cheap, cabins are all clean, kitchen ware all good, Staff are friendly! If you visit Snug or come back from Bruny Island, you must stay here!

Park is spacious and ammenities are good, camp kitchen and TVs room great. The park is pretty busy during the time we were ther but it's a great location if you're taking a tour to Bruny as it's easy access for tour operators to pick up from.

The Park is easy to find and the process of the booking is smooth. You don't need to pay the bill first. The privacy of each cabins are good and near the beach. The room had some insects. Overall is clean and I had a good sleep at that night.

We needed a powered site for our motor home for 2 nights. $54 discounted price for 2 nights. Discount available once you visit and join the 'van group.
Friendly owner/manager on check in.
Immaculate amenities and laundry (although we did not use the laundry).
Large kitchen, fire place, very welcoming on a cold day or night.
Quiet park with water frontage.
Free wifi
Limited grocery supples in township, so suggest best to stock up before arriving. However, there is one great butcher (10 minutes walk) from the van park.

We needed somewhere to stay close to Kingston and with 2 small children (a 2yo & 6 month old) we required at least 2 separate bedrooms. As all other accommodation in Hobart was booked out or super expensive we thought we'd give this place a try. It came with a good recommendation from a family member. We stayed in a deluxe water view cabin - which was perfectly clean, tidy and had all that you might need for a stay. The only thing which I can really complain about is that the main bedroom is very poky (certainly couldn't have fitted a portacot beside the bed) and the other bedroom (which has one set of bunks in it) had only just enough room to fit our standard portacot in it. So, if you were past the portacot stage with your kiddies it would be fine! My parents stayed at the same time with us in one of the other Ensuite self contained cabins - these I felt although not as modern and new were much more spacious in the living area and the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks in it and a nice wide space in the middle of the bedroom. I would definitely stay again as the price is good - but I think for us personally we would not choose the Deluxe ones again due to the lack space. But these are the kind of details you need to know when you're transporting your own 2 portacots for your kiddies :-) Hope this helps fellow parents out there who may have been considering Snug.

Room Tip: Ensuite Self-Contained Cabin has more space with Children over Deluxe Water view

I agree with your advice Queeny_16 and I'm sure others will find it useful. Five of our Ensuite Self Contained cabins are designed to be the most flexible for younger families, having a larger living room plus four bunks in the second bedroom (and space for a folding bed or portacot).
