We left the hotel on 18th September after spending 10 nights. We had a great time & for the price we paid it was really good value for money. On arrival save the transfer money and get a taxi. You will be at the hotel within 10 minutes rather than waiting an hour for another flight to arrive and it only costs around €10. Rooms are not available until 2pm but we were given bracelets so we could get food and drink and there is a room to leave luggage. We were given an apartment in a block away from the main building. It was set over two floors with a terrace downstairs and a balcony upstairs. It was very quiet and we never heard other guests. The room was a bit tired but everything was serviceable and comfortable. Housekeeping visited regularly to clean and to change the towels and bed linen. We had a problem with the hot water but after reporting it a member of staff was at our apartment working on it within a few minutes and it was fixed in less than 20.
There was no problem getting a bed around the pool and there was plenty of space. The pool was cleaned daily and there are plenty of toilets nearby. Music was played from the pool bar all day but it wasn't too loud & you could sit further away to lessen it's impact.
The pool bar was closed when we were there but you can get drinks from the pizzeria and the main bar opens at 3.30pm every day. The main barman is Jonathan and he remembers exactly what drink you like.
The restaurant gives a welcome break from the heat and provides a range of food you'd expect of a 3* hotel. Food was plentiful and the staff were cheerful. There was always plenty of salad and fresh fruit and the main hot choices always included meat and fish dishes. There is a children's buffet in the evenings with the usual chips and nuggets type food. There is a disco but it doesn't open until midnight.
There is a small shop on site stocking reasonably priced food, drink & toiletries.
If you want a quiet, reasonably priced hotel then this place fits the bill. If you want nightlife and more choice of food then you would be better off going to a bigger, more expensive hotel.
