The property is located perfectly where it should be easily accessible by road. As I had driven from Mumbai approximately 8 hours away, a relaxing and more peaceful accommodation couldn't be asked for. However, regretfully I have to say that apart from being a delightful property the management and staff are dishonest and do not accept their mistakes and are disrespectful. Security and theft being the biggest issue in this property. I had entrusted the hotel staff and valet attendants with my vehicle and car key attached to a very expensive gold plated key ring. However, upon checkout to my surprise I received my key minus the key ring. On notifying this issue with the management they decided to turn a blind eye on the matter. They also refused to acknowldege my loss on record. Upon interrogation it was revealed that the key box wasn't secured in the first place. Any one can walk onto the property and disappear with the keys and car. Apart from this issue, the food was not so great, poor service hence would not recommend a stay at this property. There was leakage in the room seeping through the walls as paint was also peeled soff in certain places. Management needs to be more effective, polite, and warm towards patrons.
