Had dinner for two, really amazing location, but at over 400 bucks ...we both walked away thinking the same thing, could be missed. Food and service were good but not amazing....not nearly special enough to warrant price. (Breakfast was superb, and views are sublime.).

great design!! allows for private spaces for views of coast. open, airy, with full windows. food is excellent!! ate breakfast and dinner. A must visit!

Recommended by family, and definitely not disappointed. Stunning location, staff very attentive, 3 course meal currently $40 well worth it, food well prepared, presented and tasty. Not your usual big American plate, but cuisine size. Other comments have said pricy, this may be by American standards but certainly not by British. Amazing walk up to restaurant (but less able are offered a drive up) it is part of a great looking cabin accomadation area with great views of ocean and surrounding mountains. Paths to beautiful working kitchen garden, with dear watching you walk by. Great stop on the way from SF to LA highway 1

If you are beeezing through Big Sur make sure you DO NOT miss this. The view is exceptional and the food is lovely. There are also ledges outside the doors next to the tables so you can take in the sunset outside and get a picture. Just gorgeous
