Arriving late at night, nobody was at the gate but finding our spot was pretty easy. The campsite was full, but still very quit. We had an 'ocean view' spot next to the river. Falling asleep with the sound of river - very relaxing. Clean toilets and hot water...Got little fobia of public showers so didn't try them but my boyfriend didn' t complain. The scenary is beautiful, while we were thre it was very foggy and ocean was pretty wild. Wouldn't dare to go for a swim. Be careful around the river - poison oak grows there and while looking innocent, it can spoil your holidays.Close to the Brixby bridge & McWay falls...It is very easy to miss the turn to the park as there is no sign other than the one right at the turn, but even if you missit, there are many vista points where you can turn around.
