We wanted to attend last year but did not make reservations in time. This year we made our reservations and went today. The entire experience was fabulous. All 12 of the participants were there 10 minutes early. This is a 5+/-hour event. We all met Chef Pablo who was the teacher for the day. We made an entire meal from the appetizers to the desert. There are 7 cuisine areas in Mexico. The entire menu was given to us in a cook book format for us to make notes and take home. There was nothing that we could not make at home for ourselves or a group of friends. The chef was just great. Very friendly, informative, took all questions and was extremely friendly. We will go again. Great value for the price.
