“Wonderful Resort--We'll be Back”

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at the resort called the Sensatori. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was wonderful--we had the swim-up with the hot tub outside and a jacuzzi in our room. The water in the jacuzzi was a little cool but the ho t tub outside was pure heaven. We had read some of the early reviews and were a little hesitant., but have been so satisfied with the Karisma resorts that we thought we would try it. We will be going back in July for another week. The food was very good. Our favorite meal was the lunch at the Zocalo restaurant. They had a seafood buffet (cold) that was so good--in fact we ate lunch there every day. The bar that was outside the restaurant served some of the best drinks at the resort. Our hats off to the bartenders. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The beach was fine, but the water in front of the resort was very rocky. It was great walking down the beach just a little way and going into the water. The snorkeling was fine--not a coral area but we saw many fish. Make sure you bring your own flippers. The staff could not have been nicer, or more professional. Our two pool servers, Mario and Tomas, were exceptional, always there and ready to attend to all of your needs. We enjoyed our evening meals at the Spoon, the Sienna and the Zavaz restaurants. I don't know if I would recommend the LeChique Restaurant--the servers were great, but the food was alot of "fluff". We also felt that about the restaurant Tapaz. I did hear a few couples praising the restaurant, so I guess the best thing is to try both and make your own decision. We would like to see the addition of a Japanese restaurant--a define plus. Without hesitation we would recommend this resort to anyone planning a family vacation, or, if no family, stay in the adult only section. We are Exotic Club members and cannot say enough good commentts about the Exotic staff. From Monica Ramos, to Salvador, to Jazmin, to Pepe (and many more) we were treated royally. Thank you very much for the TLC you gave us( a close family member passed away while we were at the Sensatori). All your kindness was so much appreciated. The Sensatori is a resort for the young, the old, the family, or the romantic.B&K

Hi there,

Just got back from the Azul Sensatori...we had many problems...but as I look back I am sure it is only because they have not ironed out all the wrinkles, it is still very new. They were building an addition on the beach bar-b-cue as we were there, and painting the mexican restaurant etc...we had some problems.

We had 2 days no water, and one day no hot water (we got little warning letters put under our door at night telling us that we would not have water etc..) 3 out of 4 times our room service order was wrong (waited an average of 40-45 minutes). I am convinced they gave us someone elses order on a few occasions. They did send us a nice gift of homemade petits fours as an apology (see photo)...a very nice touch. The hotel did offer us a few options to apologize for all of our inconveniences but we were unable to accept them for various reasons.

We were suppose to depart at 0545 and rec'd a call the evening prior to leaving that a bellman would pick up our bags at 0530..he never showed! I had to call reception and tell them we were going to be late and they sent someone. Upon check out I was not happy and spoke to the manager and he said "someone lied to you, our bellmen do not even arrive until 0530" I said someone called us and he said "from the hotel"?...and I said "of course"! ...there are some serious communication problems amongst the various departments at this resort. I personally felt that we got ripped off as we had expected 5+ everything as the hotel is currently rated...but please read on.

Room Service- C- - Get them to repeat the order back to you....also you can pre-order it to save time and waiting. We were getting a pick up on the day we were leaving for 0545, we ordered room service (a pot of very strong coffee) the night before and asked for it for 0415, it was at our door at 0415! We asked for some pastries for the kids as we would not be having breakfast that morning, and they searched high and low and managed to get us some! The bakers do not arrive until 0500...everything is baked fresh on the premises daily...OUTSTANDING!

Most of the guests had No problems, I am now thinking we just had some bad luck...it can happen to anyone....anywhere.

The property is stunning, beautiful gardens, and the staff keep it sparkling. The pool staff make every effort to keep the pool spotless.

Restaurants- 5+ - The food and variety of food is overwhelming. It is all so yummy and fresh. Spent most of our time at Spoon as we ate early and we could feed our children without waiting. The stir fry's were great! The service and staff at Spoon is superior! They have a different theme every evening. The French food was amazing, and the creme brulee was truly to die for...mmmmm. Violeta (Manager) was very eager to help you with whatever you wanted/needed. Maricarmen and Jazmin the hostesses were so nice and they was terrific at their jobs! They were all great with our children! Manuel the night manager of Spoon was so accomodating and kind. Walter and the rest of the wait staff were eager to plase and to serve you. The baked goods and desserts are awesome. You can also order off of a menu. The beef tenderloin was delicious!

Drinks are in abundance and will be made to your liking, try a Riviera Maya...beautiful to look at and oh so tasty! They have many premium brands of alcohol. The House wine is amazing, especially the red (it is from chile).

Never waited for a seat at any of the restaurants.

The Restaurants-
Sienna- Italian- terrific!
Zocalo- The Mexican restaurant- good food, and great atmosphere. Tuesday night the Mariachi band comes and plays requests! It was very fun.
Zavaz- Caribbean- If you love seafood this is the place to be. I ate chicken...it was very good. They made the kids balloon animals!
Tapaz- Did not get to this one, but everyone raved about the food!
Le Chique- Suppose to be a fantastic experience, a long meal, gorgeous ambience..but be prepared to leave hungry if you are a big eater...did not go ourselves as it is adult only.

Tipping- Some real confusion here. It is Gourmet All Inclusive and yet we still tipped. They do not treat you the same if you don't...unfortunately. They expect tips...and I did some investigating. The hotel does give the wait staff and bartenders tips based on how they do, occupancy, and comment cards...These people are not making lots of money and work so hard...they get one day off per week and most are working over 12 hours a day non stop...so Tip if you can...they sure appreciate it when you do, and they remember you and what you like!

The espresso and cafe lattes were excellent!

Bring some of your old clothing, shoes, etc. I brought a bag full of childrens, ladies, boys and some mens clothes. I gave it all to my maid, she has 3 children and can use it! It frees up some space for your treasures on the way home! And what a good deed you are doing! You must write a letter to the management that you had given xxxxxxxxxxxx the stuff. They inspect their bags when they leave, it is to prove that the clothing etc. was indeed given to them.

Kids Club- A+ - Awesome, fantastic, amazing. My children ages 4 and 10 loved it!
Ari, Ana, Lucely, Beatriz, Claudia and all the other staff were nothing shy of fantastic! My children were so entertained and kept so busy. They made homemade guacamole, pinatas, mayan hats, crafts, broke pinatas, whip cream wars, tennis lessons on an amazing court, rock climbing walls for the big children and little ones, played on the beach, made sand castles and so much more...they had movie nights, played bingo and won prizes! They treated my children as if they were a part of their family. AGAIN FANTASTIC!

Rooms- B - - Very nice, yes as some others mentioned the showers leaked but move the shower head. Amenities were terrific (the products they give you are in adundance and are terrific) Great hair dryer! Always cold drinks in the mini fridge and our rooms were always cleaned fairly early. The jacuzzi was huge and very nice to bathe both the kids at the same time! Abundance of towels and the pillows were to die for. Televisions were modern and the little ipod dock was great! The rooms had a fantastic view of the beach/ocean and the beautiful property. We had some issues with our room therefore I can't give it an A. The maids work so hard and did a great job we had Josephine.

Snorkelling- Just to the left of the property is some great snorkelling (just before the nude beach resort. Be aware some of the people feel a need to be naked here also...if you don't mind it, no problem, some may be offended. Lots of little fish and plant life....There is a lot of coral in front of the hotel, be careful it is sharp! I saw a stingray right in front of the property! They are common in the area. Bring your own equipment if you have it. Puerto Morelos is a little fishing village just about 4 miles from the hotel..we walked along the beach to get there about 1 hour and 15 minutes...some of the best beaches and best snorkelling in the Yucatan. 130 pesos to get back to the hotel by cab....pay in pesos not US dollars it is $13.00 US. The hotel gives you about 13.5 pesos per US dollar, use pesos to save you a few dollars.

The Entertainment Crew- A+ - Water Aerobics, beach soccer, stretching, pilates, salsa and meringue lessons, spanish lessons and so much more! They are so helpful and good at what they do. Alicia is so sweet and nice and always aims to please. Isabel was always smiing and wished there were more people to prticipate in the activities! Omar is such a good guy and man oh man does he ever give you a work out at water aerobics!!! I gave him the nickname KILLER!!! Johnathan, Zavier, Simon,and Gabriel were always eager to get you involved in some form of fun...if you are not interested they do not bother you!

The Beach Bar-B-Cue- A great touch! Food was great and the staff are very good. Miguel the beach bartender is very eager to please. Benjamin the waiter at the beach and in the morning at Spoon Restaurant is so friendly and nice and always greeted us with a smile and always asked us how we were doing.

Ceramics on the beach- Julio is my new little buddy (see photo). What a great young man he is and what talent! Sure you have to pay for the ceramics (different prices based on the piece) but what a great souvenir. Julio is not directly affiliated with the hotel and the ceramics are not his, DO NOT TRY TO BARTER WITH HIM....please. Julio only makes money if he sells pottery. He is a young man trying to get to University, and he takes English classes at night. Please do some pottery while you are there. The way Julio fixes them up is amazing. If you go please give him lollipops for his little brother (get them free at Spoon or buy some)...tell him a friend in Canada is looking out for him. Try to ask him if he needs food, I slipped him some very discretely (hot dogs, hamburgers with the works!). he loves virgin pina coladas...again use discretion as he is not allowed to accept food or drink from guests. I insisted he take the food and drink
( I was going to force feed him!) and he was very humble. He stands in the heat all day and gets nothing given to him ( I do not think even water). Julio never told me this, I found all of this out for myself. He is always happy and smiing.

As I mentioned once this hotel sorts out some of the problems they are currently trying to fix this place will have earned the 5+ status they currently have, until then I give them a 4.

Let me start with the 'quest for working wash facilities!' We were moved three times during our 3 day stay (imagine packing and unpacking 6 times in your first three days) and still were unable to find a room with a working shower - then we gave up! The drain in the shower in the first room didn't work which resulted in the water backing up and flooding our room! Despite a complaint to front desk the room was left in that dangerous state (the water was up to the electrics and the floor is tiled making it extremely slippy) for 5 hours! Our second room didn't flood because the shower and the jacquizzi were set so that if you wanted a decent pressure from the shower you had to have a cold one as the hot water only trickled out (no exaggeration). The third room was the lesser of two evils, the pressure was ok and the room did not flood but that was only because we were on a second floor so the water had further to go down the drain and we made a dam with towels outside the shower door everytime we had one to stop water flooding the bathroom area! I don't know about you but when you've been hot and sweaty and covered in sand all day is it much to ask for a working shower? Surely it's a basic facility that any hotel should have, even a one star let alone a five like this place.

I have to agree with other write ups that the food was excellent, so what a shame the experience was spoilt by the lack of a working shower and the inability of management to sort the problems out. We moved to another hotel, the Moon Palace after three days of hell and had a wonderful time after that - I couldn't fault the Moon Palace. The Sensatori needs to learn what five star is from the Moon palace in my opinion.

Perhaps one of the worst things that happened was a major security breach also on our first day. When we arrived at the hotel we were given room cards for a room occupied by other guests! You can imagine our surprise when we opened the door to find other people's stuff everywhere - can you imagine what their surprise would have been if they'd been in there at the time - luckily for them they weren't! Obviously we could have looted the room and accessed the safe (there is a key system that according to front desk fits all safe locks). I was appaled at this as knowing your belongings (passport and tickets in particular) are safe in your room is of utmost importance to me when on holiday.

Please don't waste your precious holiday time and money (as we did) at a hotel that claims to be five star and takes your money as though it is but in terms of service and basic facilities isn't even 1 star in my opinion!

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Wed 18th Feb - Sun 1st March. We are so SO sad to be back! We wish so much that we are still there!

To those who are due to go, please, please, PLEASE ignore the negative reviews of this amazing hotel.

This hotel has only been open since November last year, so there are a very few teeny weeny gliches and that’s expected, but they are nothing compared to some of the problems I’ve come across in well established hotels I have stayed in. Right now, the hotel is amazing (that’s the only word I can describe it!) so just imagine in another 4 months time how even more incredible it’s going to be!

Here are the minuscule ‘disappointing’ bits to get out of the way:

- Blue Shop (the gift/.convenience shop in the lobby): It was quite expensive, my boyfriend got sunburn around his feet and ankles and needed some Ibuprofen as we had run out (bear in mind that they are like 60p from Boots for 16 tablets) they were 110 Mexican Pesos (approx. £6) for 10 tablets! And the sweets and snacks were quite dear too. So just stock up on medicines, sun cream and snacks before you go! They have a convenience store called OXXO practically on every street – CHEAP!!
- Zocolo service: the food and atmosphere was great here, and it was always pretty busy. On both occasions our order was messed up. We ordered drinks one afternoon, I asked for a non-alcoholic Pina Colada, and my boyfriend asked for a regular Coke. Mine was fine, he had alcohol in his and it was really strong! It was like a double shot of whiskey! (The measures are a bit here and there; my boyfriend ordered a Bacardi and Coke in the Mojito Lounge and got a double shot again!) And on the other occasion our starters got messed up. However, it didn’t bother us that much as we could tell the staff were running off their feet.
- Snacks: It would be an added bonus if they introduced snacks between meal times. Only a couple of restaurants overlapped each other at lunch and dinner times, so the choice of food was a bit limited at times. Room service is always there and it’s delicious! However, it would be nice if they expand on the menu a little. But that is just us, we LOVE to eat!!!!
- Shuttle bus: The shuttle buses (more of a van type of vehicle) to Cancun and Playa Del Carmen are on alternate days and only twice a day, e.g. Cancun would be on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun @ 1 - 5pm and 4 - 8pm, Playa would be on Tues, Thurs and Sat at the same times. So frequent services would be a bonus so that guests can have the options. But no biggie as something is better than nothing!

OK, so where do I start?!

We travelled with First Choice, who were good. We didn’t really see much of the reps in the hotel, just at the welcome meeting. I think it would’ve been nice if we heard from them a bit more, because when we’ve travelled with other tour operators they like to know how you’re getting on and etc, and at least say bye when you check out! That wasn’t a big deal though =)

We arrived around 4pm, greeted with cold towels which was nice, and a glass of champagne. As we were checking in, the guy behind the desk said we had been upgraded! We were escorted to the Personal Concierge gazebo in the Premium Section. Our personal concierge explained that they had run out of Junior Suites with king size beds, so we’d been upgraded to a double room in the PREMIUM BUILDING!! We didn’t mind as they were double beds anyway, and we had TWO! Our room was 1312, it was lovely! We were so tired (1 ½ hours to the airport then a 10 ½ flight, plus no sleep the previous night due to packing etc) but once we saw our room we were bouncing all over the place! It was huuuuuge! I heard that the rooms in the Adults Only section weren’t as big so we were even happier that we got upgraded! There was a fruit basket and champagne waiting for us which was a nice touch. Part of the Premium package, you get a pillow menu, free internet and free DVDs – this came handy when it rained one day. The balcony was such a lovely part of the room; there is a comfy lounge sofa – I spent many mornings there as due to the time difference I kept waking up at 6, 7 in the morning! It was nice seeing the staff getting the hotel ready for the morning, seeing the sunrise… I miss hearing the sea…

- Room service: We had room service on our first night! We had a nap after arriving, when we woke up around 6.30pm we were hit with jetlag and exhaustion! So we ordered Mahi Mahi with rice, nachos, apple strudel and a strawberry cheesecake. It was delicious! We didn’t like the cheese too much on the nachos because back home we use real grated cheese, not ‘sauce’ cheese. But it was still nice and we had nachos nearly everyday! You can order breakfast in the morning too, or alternately you can fill out an order form which is on your door and put it on the other side before something like 8pm and breakfast will be ready in the morning for you so you don’t have to wait for it.

- Pool: If you’re in the Premium section you’re in for a TREAT! Mario and Tomas are the most accommodating and hard working people we’ve ever met! Orlando is not far behind! They are the main pool butlers around the Premium pool. You also have the pool waiters who bring you drinks and they all work together to make sure that you have everything you want and need. They wouldn’t even let me roll my towel into a pillow! They see it as their job to do EVERYTHING for us, literally! When you see how hard they work you can’t help but want to do it yourself. There was one guy who clicked his fingers whenever he needed anything, he wouldn’t even put his own towel on his lounger – it drove me mad! What a… We said our P’s and Q’s ALL the time and I really think they appreciate it because on our last day Mario said to me that he thinks we’re really nice and polite, “always saying please and thanks”. We didn’t get a chance to lounge in one of the cabanas; however the loungers are comfy enough! These are only exclusive to the Premium pool. And yes, people do put their stuff on them early in the morning with no return for hours so no one can use them – so if you do get a chance to relax on one, give it up after a few hours so others can enjoy them too! Oh, and a bit of advice; wear a high factor sun lotion on your first day of sunbathing! I’m quite olive skinned anyway, but I got slight sunburn with SPF 15! My boyfriend is paler and was simply burnt! You really don’t realise how hot it is with the sea breeze, so be careful!

- Beach: The beach is really nice, there are loads of sun chairs and a handful of cabanas. There is also a daily BBQ on the beach – the paella cannot be missed! Yes the sand on the beach is hard and there is seaweed but not much and it gets cleared most of the day. My boyfriend and I aren’t too bothered about swimming in the sea unless it’s snorkeling – which you can do further up the beach and it’s the 2nd largest coral reef in the world! So you’ll see LOADS of fish and beautiful coral. You can book this with Bahia Maya in the hotel.

- Food: Oh my God, the food! It was amazing! We were lucky enough to dine at Le Chique twice during our stay. It is like WOW! The 8 course meal is part of the G.I (Gourmet Inclusive), however you can upgrade to 14 courses which is payable. But 8 courses was enough for us! You are treated like celebs, I would definitely recommend it.
Spoons: We loved Spoons!! It is the main breakfast restaurant and you have pretty much everything! Marco was our regular waiter and he was lovely! You can have anything from cereal to omelettes the way you like them, about 10 types of bread, meat, fruit… pancakes and waffles! Loads to choose from. There is a menu you can order from but we didn’t as we were so happy with the selection of food anyway. We ate here at lunch sometimes, again there was a wide range from leafy salads to pizzas with your own toppings etc. And we ate here at dinner! It has a mixture of around the world cuisines, like Caribbean style veg, pasta made to your liking with various types of pasta and sauces to choose from, etc. It’s a lot better and nicer than regular buffets, especially the ones in England!
Tapaz: Hmm… this was an interesting! It has a really nice atmosphere. But we were confused at how we order! The way it works is the waiter brings out a different dish until you say stop pretty much! But we just thought it was a bit odd, because you don’t really have a choice of what you have because you don’t know what’s coming next. But it’s a good job my boyfriend and I aren’t fussy eaters!
Zavaz: Delicious! It’s the Caribbean restaurant next to the Premium pool. My boyfriend and I both had a pork dish and it was the best pork we’ve ever had! Cooked amazingly and accompanied with perfect sides.
Zocolo: Lunch here was really good, they have a buffet as well as a menu. Dinner was lush too, we had a prawn starter and it was so good! I’ve forgotten what it was called, but it was like prawn tempura. Mmm mmm!
Sienna: This was the only restaurant we didn’t get a chance to eat in, but we heard some really good things about it from other guests whilst we were there, so I say give it a try!

- Housekeeping: Our housekeeper, Rosie (or it could’ve been Rosia) was son so sweet! She always had a smile on her face and always waved. She did an amazing job; we always had fresh towels, refreshments, toilet paper, etc etc.

- Security: During our stay we felt 110% safe. They have a security point just off the main road which going up to Bahia Petempich and another at the bottom of the hotel’s drive. There are also security walking around the hotel, however they aren’t in heavy duty gear so you don’t feel on edge, they’re just the normal cream uniform with hats on and they are just as friendly as everyone else. There is a safety deposit box in the room so use that for the valuable stuff. We left bits of money and change out some days and not even a Peso was ever taken, so don’t worry!

- Tours: We booked our tours with Bahia Maya who are situated in the hotel lobby, in the corner near the Blue Shop. Julieta is a blessing! She booked all our trips, looked at the weather so we did things on the better days, and because we booked quite a few trips she gave us a discount which was very nice of her. The prices were either the same or less than First Choice, and Bahia Maya have a wider range of trips with alternatives, e.g. premium seats on the coach, V.I.P on the catamaran, etc. All the Bahia Maya staff are wonderful and so helpful.

- Spa: My boyfriend and I had a couples massage and it was A.MA.ZING!! The spa is really nice and the staff there are so sensuous and make you feel really relaxed and cosy. After the sauna and steam room, you have a shower and they take you into like a waiting room where it’s dimly lit, warm and calm. They put you in a relaxing chair which fills the contours of your body, place a heated pillow especially for your neck (feels damn good!) and a warm blanket over you. I’m getting goose pimples thinking about it! It’s a definite must! And if you are planning a massage or treatment, let your personal concierge know because they will give you Spa vouchers!

- Water: We had NO problems with hot water, even when my boyfriend used the Jacuzzi and I used the shower at the same time. Yes there is a slight sulphur smell, however it only means that the water is TREATED, not unsanitary!! You get a large bottle of mineral water everyday by the sinks in the bathroom to use when brushing your teeth. When we used the Jacuzzi on the first day the water was slightly yellow, but as the days went on the water got clearer and clearer. So they must be improving the water. Again, like I said, it’s treated so that it’s clean! Your skin won’t melt off!! We can't believe people would complain about this!

- ATM: There isn’t one in the hotel but they accept most major cards at the front desk.

- Extra bedding: There aren’t extra pillows and blankets in the rooms, but if you let your concierge know they will get them sent up ASAP. Seriously, if you have any problems just speak to the concierge! They are eager to help and they want to know that your holiday is going well, so expect a few calls asking if everything’s OK!

- Customer service: We just cannot express how good the service is. My boyfriend and I don’t understand where the negative reviews have come from. Fair enough, they might have not been very sharp when they first opened and if so they have significantly improved since then. We booked our holiday in August and we were on Trip Advisor scouting for reviews constantly. We were really sceptical about it, even on the flight there! But as soon as we got to Sensatori we knew everything was perfect. So these people with the negative reviews must’ve stayed at different time, building or different hotel to us! Because we didn’t experience ANYTHING that would make us not want to go back. Every “Gracias/Thank you” is followed by “You’re welcome” or “It’s my pleasure”. They are very customer focused, when we were having out Welcome Meeting with our rep on the 2nd day, a team of staff were on the roof terrace having a training session. And your personal concierge will ask you during your stay if any members of staff have impressed you with outstanding service – so try and remember their names! Because they deserve the recognition.

There were quite a handful of loud, noisy, boisterous guests, like one afternoon me and my boyfriend were sunbathing by the pool and this loud American woman shouts to the other side of the pool to her group “HEY!!! WHERE’S THE TEQUILA?!!!” And we’re trying to relax, we don’t need someone screaming to the other side of the pool, especially when she’s walking over there anyway! I know we’re on holiday and you let yourself go, but it’s not a banging resort right in the middle of Cancun.

Wow, this was a long review! Basically (!), we will definitely be returning in the very near future.

This is probably the most amazing place I have ever been......
1. The restaurants are fantastic and offer foods which I believe everyone would enjoy, especially the Mexican!
2. Rooms are very spacious and the quality of finishing is great. The only thing I would say is that the Jacuzzi does take a while to fill up, but this is no biggy.
3 Beach. I have to say that this is the most disappointing part of our holiday as the beach is quite rocky, but the hotel staff were doing their upmost to try and clear the rocks and seaweed. If you walk a few minutes, just defore you get to the nudist beach, their is a great placeto swim. We are, however, more of Pool lovers so this didn't matter too much to us.
All in all this hotel is brilliant and I cannot understand how people can be complaining about. When people booked it, they knew it was new and that there would be teething problems. If they didn't want that they shouldn't have book a new hotel.
I will definitely be returning to here as the hotel is lovely with great staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pool service was great EXCEPT... NO MUSIC at the adult pool even after 4 days of trying multiple people to get something going, maid service was excellent, and majority of wait staff was good.. but a few bad eggs can leave guests unfulfilled.. food was very mediocre nothing outstanding ...

After being a little hesitant about the trip after reading some negative reviews, we were a little scared. Especially with 6 adults, 4 children and one 4month old. Well all the worries were put to rest. I will try to advise about all the little things.
We arrived at around 11pm and the check in and getting to our rooms was quick and easy, the champagne at the lobby helped and the room service at midnight was great.The next day we awoke to a gorgeous resort, very well kept and the staff were helpful. Breakfast at Spoons(the only buffet restaurant) was great. With five other restaurants that served all types of food with a menu... fantastic. Definitely try Le Chic ( adults only) it was a different experience that one should try. The daily beach bbq was not too be missed. Yes the resort is new but we didnt see any problems that were'nt taken care of right away. One complaint, we all wished the pool was heated, would have spent way more time in it, but it was just too cold. The beach was groomed daily, the activities were fun. The kids had fun, the rooms were interesting, and Isaac was awesome at taking care of us. I think this place will get better and better with time, and I would highly recommend it, also the ladies indulged in the spa and loved the water journey and the massage.
