“Really great views, great seafood”

After a long day of snorkeling this is a good place to lay back and have a nice seafood lunch with a view of the beautiful beach. The service was fast and attentive. Musicians offered to play music for you while you ate for a small tip. We had the fish fillets which were the perfect size for lunch.

The hot sauce is VERY VERY hot. I'm definitely not used to that level of spicy so always test the sauce with a drop to your tongue to see if you can handle it. This is a good thing for you spicy aficionados however.

Definitely a great place to eat, prices not too high and food is great.

“Amazing location, great staff, excellent food. Try the pico de gallo!”

What a great place! Been there several times, and every time they go above and beyond. The spicy pico de gallo is fantastic - not too much, but you know it is there. The food and staff are the real deal - classic Riviera Maya and not a resort feel. All the food is freshly prepared, and the fish comes from just a few meters away on the pier.
We have been there with just the two of us, or a group of 20+, always come away happy.

“Best Restaurant, Best View, Best People”

I spent 8 days in Puerto Morelos & ate at Policanos probably 10 times, maybe more!! I couldn't stay away. I was treated so well by everyone!! The views were amazing, the ambiance was incredible, the staff was so friendly, the experience was unforgettable!!!

“love this place”

I have been coming to this town and restaurant for years. Pelicanos has the best view and the fish is fantastic. I have gotten to know some of the waiters and the manager over the years and they are truly friends. I highly recommend Pelicanos.
