“one of the worst hotels i've stayed in!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

well, what should i start with?
maybe with the girls at reception? they are horrible! it's like getting service from a government official.
the room itself is ok (if you get the big one, the small rooms are claustrophobic), but it was not so clean, and the shower was all broken, with water coming up the drains,

but wait, you would think its an airport hotel, with people sleeping at all hours of the day after long flights, would you? well, the hotel doesn't!
when i was there, they did renovations from 09:00-14:00 (maybe later, i left at this time), drilling and making lots of noise!! i couldn't sleep for a minute (and this is why i came there). the girls at the reception said that there is nothing to do, i need to get over the noise.

well, if you are doing renovations, don't host guests at this time!!!!!

Room Tip: don't agree to take rooms at the first floor! they are extremely small!

Stayed there with my family, booked two rooms and we were minutes away from the airport for and early flight to Moscow. Book early if you are arriving at KBP and plan to stay overnight, rooms can fill up fast. Not the place you want to stay if you are touring Kyiv, this is the place to stay if your are overnighting near the airport.

Small but cozy, comfortable room for sleeping during the day. Tiny shower-- difficult for large person. Multiple channels on tv. Refrigerator-- no minibar. Tiny patio. Well lighted.

Near airport.

Pleasant staff.

Pleasant white tablecloth restaurant with Chilean, Moldovan and other wines.

Airport shuttle bus takes you there.

Having a 6:25 am flight from Kiev to Amsterdam meant getting to the airport at 4:30 am.
The best way to alleviate stress is to get yourself to the Boryspil Airport Hotel the night before.
Check in is easy, the front desk staff all speak english. The rooms are vary servicaable, nothing at all fancy, just your basic, standard room. That being said, the sheets were super crisp and clean (ironed?) the bathroom very clean, towels were so white they looked new! Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and coffee/tea makings in the room.
Beware -the walls are paper thin - so bring earplugs.
A great option if you have a very early flight and don't want to risk the uncertain traffic jams in and around Kiev.

I stayed there because my first destination was cancelled suddenly and had to change destination.
I went to Kiev without any plan, so I booked this hotel in the airport.
I could go this hotel by shuttle bus painted this hotel name, but this bus also go to other terminal by free.
I went to this hotel from terminal D, and I had to get off first stop.
Driver doesn't announce anything, so please don't miss it.

This hotel style is soviet-old style I saw.
In front, they can speak english.
If you need wifi, you must tell them at first. Not all room has it.
Maybe only 0floor?
The room, I order double, but there are two single beds. Not one big bed.
Size is really compact, just bed and small table, chair, old small tv(I didn't see recently like this old tv).

Bath-amenity was really good. There are good smell shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body soap and shower cap.
If you need hair dryer, you can ask front desk, and later someone bring your room.

There is also restaurant(actually placed different building, but you can go by walk without go outside).
That restaurant was clean, looks old style but really tasty everything!
We ordered cutlet , ceaser salad, soup(I forgot that Ukrainian name), and Napoleon cake.
Cutlet was really tasty! But it's small, so you should order more.
Price is expensive but better than go out to find restaurant .It looks nothing near hotel.

If you want to go to central from this hotel, I recommend go to terminal F or B by shuttle bus, and from terminal, you can use Skybus(go to central station) 25UAH.

Room Tip: If you need wifi, must say at first in front desk.

There is an airport shuttle although it is a only a ten minute walk. It is free and I would not walk alone. No one at the airport will help you but the stop is right out front. Everyone will pretend you need a cab. It leaves from the hotel on the dot so do not be late be outside and ready. Not the kindest drivers! Hotel rooms can be very small and the shower are so tiny you will not believe it. There are some very large family friendly rooms too,but be clear on what you want,, more expensive but cabs to cheaper hotels will eat up you savings

Room Tip: On the back or it is very noisy

I saw many other people criticize this hotel harshly, and being there waiting for a 17 hours transit flight between Berlin and Tel-Aviv, I can't understand why. This is not an hotel made for long stays - who stays at an airport-hotel? And for this purpose - passing the nights/time between flights - it's quite good, actually. The room I stayed in was very clean, there was good Wi-Fi reception, bath and bathroom, and it only cost 40€ a night (about 50$). There's also a nice restaurant downstairs, which serves average food at average prices.

The hotel is VERY close to the terminals (C is the closest, but B and F are also in max 10 min. walking distance).

The only downside is that you have to pay with local money - so be prepared. They do not accept Euros or USD. There are change spots in both terminal B and C.

Room Tip: If you are alone, the cheapest rooms are really ok for a one night stay.
