“Last Day Stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

This was the first place we stopped after flying into Munich. No vacancy. But, stayed here on the final day of our trip. Relaxing and good food. Plenty of parking, a plus in Europe. Very close to the Airport. Speaking English was not a problem. Breakfast included with the room. Our room was clean and bath/shower was good. Nice relaxing beer garden.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

When i first arrived the reception was unfriendly. Went and had lunch in the restaurant and it was good. The room needs to be updated and alot of work. The bed was very hard. The sheets had holes in them and some of them were hand sewn up. I had a dirty glass which someone else had used. It looked like dried water & toothpaste at the bottom. When ever i asked the lady at the reception about anything or for something she seemed very rude like i was interupting her life. She was always with a man (husband or Boyfriend?) and everytime i went to reception she would just roll her eyes and slowly walk over and was very rude. When i showed her the glass she just looked at me like what do you want me to do? I had to beg her for a clean one. They have an indoor patio where we ate lunch but there were flies all over that kept bothering us so we moved tables and that did not help. Lunch tasted good. They did not have a safe and rooms were very sparse. Breakfast is not included and they charge way too much for what you get. I ate at McDonalds at the airport and it was cheaper and a lot better than what you will get there. the waitress that worked at night was very friendly a lot better than the grouchy lady at the front desk and the same one who waited on me for lunch. Trying to get directions to the airport were very vague. Go out this way was all i got and that did not work. I finally found the airport but by no help from them. I walked around the hotel and they have a bar downstairs but no open although the one upstairs was. The decor through out the hotel is nice and they do have a bowling alley. The wifi is spotty and they do have free parking. I will not stay their again. Go somewhere else. You can find a nicer hotel elsewhere
