3. The room floor not clean and the toilet do not flash well.
4. Be awere that some huts located near the kitchen and it means u will have alot of noice and with so many workers going aroud there u wont get much pravicy near those huts.

Our 2 month Honeymoon vacation to India Ended in Ciaran's, and it was definitely a great ending to a great trip!
the beach hut and all the hotel area are beautiful and very well kept. it was like being in a 5 star hotel. the crew is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are so nice and romantic, comfortable bed, very clean , and the restaurant is excellent as well.

We actually checked out ALL the beach huts on the beach because it was the end of our trip and we wanted to get something a bit more fancy than all the hostels we stayed at... and Ciaran's was definitely the best!

We'd stayed at Ciarans about 6 or 7 years ago and really liked it. We decided to go again after travelling through northern India as we needed some rest and relaxation. It was just as good this time round. We had a large beach hut right by the beach with spectacular views. There was a terrace with table, chairs and a comfy hammock and it was a great place to watch the sunset with a drink. The hut itself was spacious but did get quite hot even with the ceiling fans. Bathroom was small but adequate - remember this is a hut! - and plenty of hot water. A very good breakfast was included as was afternoon tea with homemade cakes and chai. The restaurant was excellent, the best we ate at in Palolem, although there are other good ones you can go to for a change. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other places on the beach, but still good value and well worth the extra.

We got a hut for two on the beach front - it had a private balcony overlooking the sea with a hammok. The room was comfortable with a large bed and mosquito net, but not luxurious. The bathrooms aren't too great, but due to the eco-policy of the hotel, this can be rightfully excused. The breakfasts are very nice, and so is the adjacent restaurant. This is one of the most comfortable and enjoyable ways to experience Palolem Beach. There are also lockers available to leave your valuables in whilst at the beach or in the sea, and lounge chairs right outside the resort.

Ciarans is an awesome place to go if you want to be just by the beach. This is in south goa on Palolem beach, small yet quiet beach. The rooms are clean, hot water, good and comfortable bed. Room tariff includes breakfast which is also very good. Bebinca dessert is a must try if you have a sweet tooth.
Only downside is that there is no direct approach road for this resort, you might get lost so it is advisable to arrange a pick up from the resort itself.
Must stay... I liked it.

Room Tip: Stay in the built in rooms it has attached bathroom and also ac. Mostly visited by foreigners.

Stayed 4 days with friends at Ciarans. Very good service. Delicious food especially seafood. Its a calm place to stay and in the seaview huts you hear the sound of the sea waves! Loved the cheese-garlic nan!

We stayed here for just over two weeks in April (6-24).
The location is fantastic & I agree with other reviews staing that the bungalows and location are just about the best on Palolem beach.
The staff were an absolute delight, very friendly whilst remaining professional at all times.
We stayed in a bungalow right next to the outdoor kitchen which wasn't ideal but wasn't a problem either. At the end of our stay we moved to a beach bungalow for a couple of days which was much lighter and hence felt a lot more spacious and airy. I would highly recommend anyone staying for any length of time to book one of these - the sea air at night really makes a difference.
The rooms are serviced on demand - I would have preferred daily cleaning but then again there was never a problem when we asked for it.
The food was delicious. Breakfasts very good though little variety.
Very good value for money and we would certainly go back.

Room Tip: Go for a beach front hut - if you can. They book up fast ...
