As soon as the members of our group stepped inside this attraction, there was a collective "wow!" heard. This is a truly impressive structure - one can see both the well itself and the somewhat inverted castle that benefited from it. One is not allowed to climb through things (it's too dangerous, even by generally liberal Indian standards), but just the visual images are overwhelming.
Note that the village of Abhaneri is also interesting, although one can expect numerous requests for handouts from the locals. As far as we could tell, there are no Western style toilets available near this attraction.
