We had lunch today at this family run Italian restaurant, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. We were served with zeppole con speck, and then calamaretti fritti as antipasto. Then, as recommended by the chef, we had paccheri cooked with baby tuna, cherry tomatoes olive taggiasche and gozitan capers - an exquisite dish! As a main course we were served a filetto di pagella baked covered with thinly chopped potatoes - again, a delicacy. Finally the desert served was pannacotta with pistachios of Bronte and chocolate on top, coffee and home made crema di Limoncello. A great gastronomic experience not to be missed, not leaving out the excellent service of the friendly staff.
