“Worth the walk for some spectacular views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

20 - 30 min walk up from Seabank Hotel - we are 2 not very fit mid 30 somethings

2 Euro per adult to get in, kids are free

For 2 euro you cant really go wrong

Summer & winter opening times - summer open in morning and afternoon (closed for lunch), winter 10 - 4

Lots of information about the tower and its restoration, a couple of canons on the roof - would definitely capture the imagination of children

Some brilliant views over the island - well worth the walk

“Great place - also listed as the Red Tower”

Please see my review under Red Tower or Mellieha. Great value, brilliant views over the islands of Comino and Gozo.

“Great views, interesting history, excellent value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

We visited this landmark near where we are staying in Malta because it had been well reviewed by other Tripadvisor users and we were nit disappointed. It's easy to find and accessible on foot as well as having space for free parking. The volunteer staff are knowledgable and friendly, and the entry is only €2 which includes a free guide (in several languages) and access to the top of the tower where the views are stunning across Malta and neighbouring islands Camino and Gozo. The story of the tower's restoration is fascinating too. Well worth a visit.

“Great view over Comino, Gozo and North Malta”

Watchtower renovated and really beautiful. The view is fantastic. I got the feeling that J.R.R. Tolkien could have been inspired by the watchtowers on Malta when writing The Lord of The Rings.

“Well worth a visit”

The Tower has been restored to a high standard and great for a look round. The views from the roof are exellent and the place is staffed by volunteers that enjoy what they do.Loads of information around for you to understand the Towers history and at 2 Euro to get in is a bargain.
