Me and my friends are all 21 who stayed at Parque Santiago3 end of June. We stayed here because it said groups were welcome but we seemed to get singled out from the first instance we arrived!
The actual apartments, complex, pool and location is excellent but the staff are fussy, pathetic and very rude! Our holidays we usually go involve clubbing in the evening, and relaxation in the day be that in the pool or in the sea. The location was amazing it was not in the centre of the main nightlife but was still within easy access of about 5min walk which was nice. The pool was lovely! but it was salt water and was alot saltier than the SEA!!! if you the water in your eyes they would sting like mad!!!! I am not a big fan of stinging eyes! so this is not ideal and its a shame because if it was chlorine or had a weaker strain of salt this pool would be amazing!!!!!
The complex facilities were excellent but like I said the staff were useless, on arrival from the airport our rooms were not ready and we had to wait an hour walking around with our suitcase while some other family had been waiting 2 hours before us!!!!
Then later in the week they kept moaning about us putting towels out on the balcony even though about 20 other apartments who did the same! also One night we were playing ping pong then the security guard came over & said we had to finish at 8 even tho others carried on playing till 10PM!!!! the staff and Security guards get "Power" happy and were hell bent on annoying us to spoil our holiday! we just laughed as they were so pathetic!!

So all in all I advise you do not go here! unless you want to be watched 24/7 like your in a prison.

My partner and I stayed at Parque Santiago 3 for 10 nights in June and it lived up to all our expectations and more. The room was lovely, it was on a road but the resort closes at midnight and all goes peaceful very quickly. Maid changed towels and sheets regularly and are very friendly. The pool area is lovely with lots of staff around and security is very tight for the complex. The location is the best bit, only a 2-minute walk to the beach and you have all the amenities on your doorstop with lots of restaurants and bars to keep you occupied. We did venture to ‘the strip’, it was a fun night and highly recommend for the younger people. Siam park is must to go to also! I would recommend Parque Santiago 3 to all ages and we can’t wait to go back.

Had a fantastic week at parque santiago lll the location is perfect the complex is great too.We had a ground floor room with its own garden a small kitchen and a good sized bedroom.The pool area is great with lots of sunbeds but you need to get up early to reserve a good one! The staff were very pleasant and good with the kids.The only negative point with the complex is that there is no entertainment at all but we found some very cheap bars about ten mins walk out the back or the complex and turn left 1 euro a pint and the food was good value too Macks bar was our favourite with a playstation 2 for the kids to play on.We will be going back to parque santiago lll again next year but this time for two weeks one was not long enough.

We spent a week in 2 studio apartments at Santiago 4 and had a great time, the rooms were lovely and clean, a great size for 2 people in each and with mini kitchenette (we didn't use it though)

The pool is Santiago 4 was nice and never busy, no problems getting a lounger. We were also allowed to use the pool at Santiago 3 which was bigger but more crowded.

We booked with Monarch Hotels and got a good deal

would definitely recommend these apartments and advise anyone staying to spend their time in Los Cristianos - the beaches are far nicer than Las Americas
