Cockroaches and ants in the bathroom.
Very small for family of four persons.
Untidy. Bad cleaning. Shower curtain was covered with mould. They change it, but it should have been changed ages ago.
Nice personel and pools.
Location nice and peaceful.
Minimarket in reception is expensive but good service.

On our 3rd visit to the island, Gran Canarias/Maspalomas, we decided, this time, out of convenience to stay in a Bungalow accomodation type. We arrived and from the first moment, Reception, grounds and Bungallow, we had a first good impression with the standards of facilities, accomodation and grounds - all very well kept. The bungallow was really amazing, equipped with all required, including toaster, microwave and plasma tv. Nice touch to have a bottle of mineral water and a little kitchen cleaning pack prepared for you!
Very professional service from all, including maid that kept all very clean.
The only point that didn't deliver (but that's just a matter of personal taste) the breakfast setup wasn't of our liking, but from the amount of people eating, maybe was just not for us.
I would use this place again,as a base for futur visits.
Plenty of buses, some are free, departing from the location to the major points of interest - we prefer renting a car!

Room Tip: We didn't ask, but we noticed that they tend to keep all families with children in the same area...

We had yet another excellent holiday on the island .

We have used these bungalows for 3 years now returning 3/4 times a year , they are excellent in every manner , clean , fresh , lots of room , double bed , staff are more than friendly and so very welcoming . close to shops , beach .
The grounds are kept spotless and its all in the one level , great for wheel chair users , we are booked again for April .

I really cant fault this place at all , some people write such lies on these sites however if you go to these bungalows you will not be disappointed at all

Room Tip: you can even email ahead and ask for a room close to pool and reception

We stayed in July 2012 and had a great time. The room was spotless, cleaned everday and the outside area was washed down every morning with the pool cleaned. yes there were a lot of spanish but we never had a problem withthem and the life guard made sure everyone kept to the safety rules.

One thing wouldnt recomend are the cocktails in the bar disgusting in the only way to disgribe what was in my glass- Warm and vile.

appart from that we had a great stay. Ideal for couples or familys with no more than one child the bed room does have a double bed and a single

I went to Club Maspalomas in August with my parents and 3 younger brothers and sisters. On arrival the bungalows were clean and tidy, although they are very close togther, and if you leave the window open you can hear the conversations people in their rooms. The rooms were also over-run with ants, although the maintenance and maids came in frequently with some spray to get rid of them. We stayed right at the far end behing the volleyball court, so it was relatively quiet. The Pools are fine, quite small, especially if you want to actually swim more that just splash around. Most of the other people at the hotel were spanish or german, and i think there was us and one other english family. I only at at the resteraunt once, and that was for lunch and i would not recomend eating here at all, the food was expensive and of poor quality, i would take a walk up to the Faro centre, which has nearly all shut down but there are some nice little cafe's just by the supermarket which are better value for money and better quality.

We went to the beach most days, which is absolutely lovely, the sands are a mixture of gold and black because of the volcanic rock, but they are lovely non the less. Playa Del Ingles beach is a lot bigger than maspalomas so we tended to go there, it was 7 eurosto rent 2 sunbeds and a parasol, which we were happy to do, there was also a wide variety of water activities on offer, we went banana boating it was quite reasonably priced. There were plenty of resteraunts just by the beach to get lunch etc, very cheap.

The Night life was really good, me and my brother bought the pacha & playboy bar crawl tickets, which we used for the whole two weeks, and it only cost us 15 euros each, which we thought was brilliant as we were given shots all night long! we met some lovely people on the bar crawl and it was always packed! we loved it. i wouldnt recomend it for a clubbing holiday, as it isnt that busy, but its good for your first time abroad!

All in all, it was a very average holiday, i got a bit bored by the end of it.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms as far away from the pool as possible, they are alot quieter, make sure you...

Enjoyed the stay there. Attracted by the price for the week.Clean and well kept bungalows in lovely gardens. Two pools ok.Bungalows bit close together however and overlooked by neighbour. As a result had to keep curtains/shutters closed in bedroom. Good facilities in bungalow itself. Kitchen a little cramped. Restaurant on site very average i,m afraid and as a result only ate there once. Club maspolomas out in the middle of nowhere with limited shopping nearby. Lacking any entertainment nearby. Nothing on site either. Short taxi rides to playa des ingles or maspalomas and beaches. Efficient taxi service from hotel which was good. Not enough changing of bed sheets and towels felt stale to be honest.

Room Tip: Overlooking garden the best.

Spent a relaxing week in this bungalow, found it to be clean and kitchenette well equipped with everything needed for a couple. Had a comfortable double bed and a single bed. They changed the towels 3 times which was enough. The TV channels were free. Had a shuttle bus to the beach. Parking space was available. Took us some time to find the place, it was good that we met a nice man (thank you very much) who deliberately accompanied us to the resort, phoning the reception to ask for directions several times. Even the receptionist thought that it was a taxi driver phoning for directions. We never ate at the place but the smell of food was always nice.

Room Tip: The location was a good one once you find it the first time. There is no a/c but there is a ceiling...
