91 euros each, for Vodka and Tonic served in Brandy glasses, 6 courses delivered in rapid succesion, lacked flavour and were barely warm. Staff hovered, even removed my plate whilst my husband was still eating. Coffee was served with a sachet of sugar, like a transport cafe ! The staff were certainly efficient, but lacked any customer care, not even questioning the fact that we had left some of most courses ? We have never eaten in a restaurant, from pubs to fine dining and not had some reason to tip, this was a first. My husband had pushed the boat out as it was my birthday, we left feeling ripped off and wondering what Michelin are thinking of. My husband felt that the chef thought he was so 'great' that he was calling the shots, to do whatever he wanted, without even questioning if his customers enjoyed their meal.We were most suprised to get a table for the same evening, in the past we've been to some great restaurants but always have to book well in advance...now we know why we didn't have to with this one. We also had some great food whilst on the holiday, but i can't remember the names of those restaurants.....this one just really stood out.
