We have stayed in many bigger establishments, but this is a 17 roomed professionally run hotel with friendly and caring owners. We were able to reserve the disabled access room, which has a very decent wet room, with shower seat, raised toilet, and many rails placed strategically. I would have preferred a shower chair to the small fold up seat - but, then, you can't have everything! Furniture was in good quality dark wood, and beds were comfortable. Good tea and coffee facilities, and there were two chairs in the room. A highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast menu, which should meet the most demanding client. We had the almost undivided attention of our hosts, James and Carol, who served us as though we were family guests!
We look forward to future visits.
