“fancinating and so different”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

there are actually 5 temples in park area; 1 on island accessable at low tide and 1 over natural bridge plus 3 in park. Amazing setting and structures. Had to go through venders to get to area but not aggressive ones. No sarong needed.

“Awesome place!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

If you go to Bali, this is one of the best place to visit. Especially if you want to see a beautiful sunset and temple on top of the cliff. Me and my wife went there in a cloudy day after the rain fell down. So we didn't have the chance to see the sunset. But previously I went there and got the chance to saw it. It was amazing and lovely.

The place itself always crowded with people even in low seasons. A lot of kiosk, small cafes & restaurants. Overall, it is an awesome place to visit.

its a spot you all need to visit when youre in bali for holiday! the sunset is amazing and the pura looks so dramatic showered by the sunset light! during the holiday season, there are way so many school students fulled the location but no worry, the place has more space than you thougt.

“Pura Tanah lot Temple, Bali - MUST VISIT”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

After a long trip around bali inland and coast, we end up the day in Tanah Lot temple in Canggu, Bali. Tanah Lot is a rock formation off the Indonesian island of Bali. It is home of this pilgrimage temple, It is an amazing view when you get there and you have to walkdown to the sea. There is a souvenir market where you acn a lot of stuff, but if you look carefully and leave the confusion, you will find some old shops where you can buy amazing old masks, teh real ones! like everything in Indonesia, this place is full of exotism, mythology and hindu influence. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast and it's definitely a place you can't miss. if you go to the temple, you can´t get inside (as all the temples in Bali) but you will be blessed on a local hindu ritual, which makes it special.
