I recently celebrated my upcoming anniversary here with nearly 40 business acquaintances and friends. After some rocky patches and changes they re definitely finding their feet again with A new couple looking after service and hospitality and the unbeatable Paul Fagel still very much in control. He is inspiring a young kitchen crew who went all the way at my luncheon: foie gras with rhubarb, sea bass and coquille and samphire, bavette with port sauce and asparagus and more... The whole event was a feast from planning, booking to indulgence. On this very busy day they gave 40 'spoiled' diners an unforgettable experience - chapeau!
