I've stayed here twice in a couple of months. Rather than repeat detail already provided by others, here are my pros and cons:
Great rooms - modern, clean, quiet and plenty of space
Shuttle service works well (it goes from STS, a few metres further along the front of the terminal than the rest of the hotel shuttles)
Full breakfast and free wifi included
Bar and restaurant, which this "brand" doesn't typically have
Plenty of equipment in the gym
Can get full of visiting tour groups which leads to slow service
Restaurant is expensive/limited, and even at breakfast hot items are not replenished quickly (no bacon for 20-25 minutes on my visit)
Bar is expensive (so drink less? ;-)
Gym well equipped, but none of the expensive machines are plugged into the TV signal, and the TV's in the gym are directly behind the equipment!!
Irritating habit of defaulting your credit card payment to your own currency unless you request otherwise (using a poor exchange rate, naturally)
External hotel design means it's easy for folks in other rooms to see into your room when the lights are on (and vice versa). Worth bearing in mind for the shy, or indeed the exhibitionists….
Conclusion - a solid option for business travellers, and room quality compensates for other niggles. Don't pay "hostage water charges" - there's a BP garage across the street that has the usual convenience store stuff at less than half the hotel price.
