We really enjoyed our stay here and the first choice brochure just doesn't do the complex justice. The quality of the design is amazing and it is built beautifully into it's natural hillside setting.

The studio for 3 we had was very spacious with a fabulous view over the infinity pool to Lindos town, the acropolis and the sea.

The price you pay for this is a steep slope to negotiate (although a lift does help with some of this) but in my opinion it is really worth it.

The lower pool looked very good too and there was plenty of seating areas where you could have a drink and get out of the heat.

The bar is extremely stylish and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is some evening entertainment and pool tables etc. but it is only a short walk down into Lindos town or you can ask reception to ring a taxi for you - about £3.50.

Lindos is unique with roof top restaurants ( The Chinese, Lindian Indian and Med East particular favourites) , cocktail bars ( go to The Courtyard for great music) and plenty of shops. Lots to see in the town but retaining all of it's charm. Eat lots of crepes and try all the different fillings - nutella a speciality and very addictive!

There are 2 beaches - a wide sandy curve reached from the town square or St Pauls which is a large cove on the other side of the town - reached either by a walk through Lindos town or from the road above Lindos. St Pauls is a truly special spot and we enjoyed late afternoons when the full heat of the sun had burned off.

We will go back to Lindos and Lindos Gardens in the future and thanks to all the staff there who work hard to give people a great service for a good holiday.

We have just arrived back from a two week holiday staying at the Lindos Gardens Apartments Lindos.

The position of the apartments and the panoramic view of the Acropolis that it gave was fantastic, looking out from the infinity pool across to the ancient monument was a joy.

Overall my partner and I had a nice relaxing holiday and found the staff hospitable and friendly. The apartments were clean and adequate . However the only factor we felt let the complex down was the shortfall of sun-loungers and essential matteresses for them.

I am a very early riser and after going to the pool area early eg 7.30am shocked to find towels covering the beds. Obviously these were put there the night before. ( not a german in sight) all the patrons were british.

One day this led to an altercation between two women and could have been a lot worse. One woman had been monopolising four sun-loungers until 12 noon. Whilst other people werte having to sunbathe on their towels on the concrete. RIDICULOUS!! and SELFISH!!

Perhaps management could address this problem ASAP.

We loved Lindos and would like to return in the future. Not however in August as for us it is too busy and too hot.

We have just come back from Lindos were we stayed at Lindos Gardens Studios.
The room was very clean and the people very polite, however the air conditioning has to be bought and believe me when I say it was the best 126 euros we spent as Lindos is very hot and there was nothing better than to retire to a cool room.
The downsides are that most of the studios are placed up a hillside and are not suitable for people with waking difficulties and the other thing is although there is a bar there was not enough enterainment on the evenings so we ventured either to other hotel bars or down into the village.
Overall the holiday was a success so dont be put off as there are other places to go and things to see.

My husband and i have just returned from a great holiday at the Lindos Gardens. We knew it was going to be nice there as my sister-in-law and husband stayed there last year when we got married in Lindos. This year we were there when they had the heatwave so air conditioning was vital!! All the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. All the rooms have a lovely view, we opened our patio doors and had the Acropolis opposite. The maids clean the room nearly every day. The only problem i had sometimes was we were at the top and it was a bit of climb, but i think the heat was'nt helping. They have karaoke and a BBQ on mondays and yes, i did get up a couple of times! Also on fridays there is a free fruit buffet. What a great location, it's so close to Lindos itself. So in my opinion, go to the Gardens!
