Before I start this review, just a few words about myself:
I have spent over 20 years of my life in the Armed Forces and have stayed in a range of accommodation from stinking holes in the ground right up to presidential and royal palaces. I like to think that qualifies me to write a fair report on this site.
Before getting down to the report, if you want to know how many times the sheets were changed, how often the towels were changed, how many specks of dust I found under the bed, how many creepy crawlies there were by the pool. How the hotel cats were and a list of their names, or all the personal details about the hotel staff. Then don't bother reading on. If you want good hard facts then do read on.
You will see a report on this Hotel ( with photos I may add) where a woman has taken pictures of some dust on the top of a picture frame then removed the mattress from the bed to take a photo of a missing spring and how awful her Holiday had been because of this. I think this lady may just have some serious issues with her life. Maybe she would like the Hotel manager to inspect her home? (I think not!)
I have also witnessed people in the hotel reception complaining that the sea was too salty! Get a life people!
My first impression of the hotel was beginning to form when I contacted the manager to ask a few questions about hireling a large motorcycle to tour the Island with, and got an immediate response from the manager complete with phone numbers and details. Then on arrival when l told the Taxi driver our destination and he gave me a broad smile and told me I had picked the best Hotel on the Island.
On arrival, check in was done swiftly and we were relieved of our luggage and told it would be sent straight to the room we had been allocated. All this was done with the most well mannered and cheerful staff I have seen in any class of Hotel.
The room was perfect and had been well prepared for us (a personal thank you to the manager here) as this was a special occasion. The Hotel is ideally situated which has been mentioned on here so I won’t go into details. The staff are fantastic each and every one of them and are really sincere when wishing you a good morning or afternoon even to the people who were walking around with long faces trying to find fault and determined not to enjoy themselves. Their total commitment and pride in the hotel is in my opinion down to good management. And the way the staff are treated. I often witnessed the managers getting their sleeves rolled up in busy times and working alongside the staff. I harp on about this because a happy crew leads to a happy ship and boy was this a happy ship.
As mentioned in my forward, I have been all over the world and have never stayed in the same Hotel twice. This is about to change as I will be booking a return trip to this Hotel in the very near future. The Island is beautiful and the locals are more than friendly. If your main aim in life is to be rude and miserable then please don't visit this Hotel you won’t enjoy it you will have nothing to complain about which will make you even more miserable and this Hotel does not suit miserable petty people.

Thank you for taking time and energy to write such detailed review from your recent stay with us. I am glad I could assist you with your request but I am delighted my colleagues exceeded your expectations.
Comments like yours coming and especially coming from such a seasoned traveler really serve as source of inspiration and motivation for everyone in our team. Our colleagues are our greatest asset and many guest have mentioned this before, there is no better compliment for us and we shall continue our efforts to provide the highest level of service. Regarding your comments on other guests' requests, I would like to point out that it is our duty to always became better in order to meet and exceed guest expectations no matter how high they might be.
