We arrived on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend - journey not too good due to problems in UK and then train delays on the Saturday - poor on the part of the Euro-tunnel!
Site was OK, very big, but clean and looked OK.
We were booked with Key-camp, shown to our van by a nice young girl, then unpacked. We then decided to use the site restaurant, very expensive for the food, the quality was not too good, and then we were waiting for a very long time to pay our bill.
We used the camp trip to Euro-Disney one day, was good as it meant no driving for us. It was a good trip, the driver was pleasant, and we were able to spend the whole day in the parks before our coach left.
The pools were not good, cold and not much to do, not what we expected from the camp description!
The new bowling was fun, but VERY expensive, one game was over £25, but it filled a bit of time on our last day.
The caravan run out of gas, but there was a bottle on the BBQ which we changed to the main van, but when we reported it to our Key-camp rep they didn't come and change it, even after reporting it a second time!
I would use the site again, but not the restaurant, nor the pool. The lakeside cafe was good, very busy, but able to get a seat to watch my family on a pedalo. The activities for kids are great, and the staff are too. Only let down by expensive 10 pin bowling, expensive restaurant and staff uninterested in guests running low on gas for heating of radiators and water.
