“Reasonable Hotel with Management flaw.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2014

Stayed overnight as a part of group of tourists from India. Hotel has everything, one should have i.e. roomy clean rooms with necessary facilities. But surprise was only one lift and that too went out of order on the day of our departure. Imagine checkout by a group of 30 odd people, some senior citizens dragging their heavy baggage down two floors down the stairs. the management quite oblivious to the hardship, not lending any help in bringing the baggage of even the advanced in age, down to the lobby. This rankled.
Wi Fi coverage is weak.

Room Tip: Some rooms have no view, overlooking other blocks avoid these.

The service was great throughout our stay. The front desk was helpful, friendly and always ready to serve. The breakfast staff seamed to always anticipate any need with a smile. The hotel is very beautiful, it was clean and colorful. The biggest complaint I have is the size of the shower. I am very tall and constantly hit my elbows on everything. The location is not the greatest as it is mostly an industrial area with very limited restaurants or shopping nearby.

I can't fault the hotel at all, the room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very helpful.
The one time we had an evening meal there the food was very good, a huge starter, a pasta dish, grilled chicken main course and chocolate mouse for pudding plus a bottle of water all for 18 Euros a head.
The only downside is the location, at the side of a dual carriage way 28 km from Rome with nothing around it except a transport cafe. There is however a bus stop across the road. The buses are very crowded and it takes around 25 minutes to get to the Laurentina tube station on the edge of Rome.

I loved this hotel. Our room was spacious, bathroom was large and comfortable. Both were very clean. The guy at the reception was very helpful and friendly. We stayed there because of its close location to the Zoomarine Park and indeed it was like in 5 minutes by driving from there. Free parking. Breakfast was ok. You can also have 3 courses dinner there for 15 euro per person and it was great. Recommended both for families and couples.

I have been here 2 times. The rooms are clean, furniture is new and modern. Prices are cheap for the quality they offer. Very good and reasonably priced restaurant too.
I would recommend this to everyone who comes here for work.

I was with a group of 10 people. We stayed there for 2 nights. A good hotel but a bit away from Rome. Rooms were spacious & clean. Breakfast also had a good choice (Most of us were vegetarians. No problem.) Elevator had some problem with load capacity & this could be avoided by a display near the elevator. People at reception were very helpful, rather very very helpful!

This hotel was my first stop after arriving to Italy at FCO. It was relatively easy to find and it was on my way south, so the location was good for me (yet doesn't seem to be good for people who want to visit Rome).
It seemed relatively empty but the overall experience was fine. If possible, I would give it a 3.5 rate, but having to choose between 3 and 4, "average" is a better description. The facilities were OK in general, yet there were some issues: the Wifi connection that hardly worked; the AC that didn't want to cool the room (probably was set to heat since the October nights can be cold; I opened the window); the chair was not convenient (no back rest); and the room didn't have enough light for reading/writing.
The service was nothing to write home about; they could speak English but I didn't get much help when asking about places to see around the area and the cleaning lady insisted on waking me up in the morning despite the "please don't disturb" sign on the door.
Other than that, I slept quite well and breakfast is standard in Italian terms, again - nothing to write about.
