We were here out of season and the restaurant was very quiet. We went twice for lunch and each time we had a window seat overlooking the sea in the small resort of Savelletri. Sea food is the thing to have here and it was excellent; they do warn you if you choose raw shellfish such as "walnuts of the sea", which I think were cockles or the seafood ante pasti which was raw cockle, two types of raw mussel and oysters - all delicious. Sea bass simply grilled was beautiful. I was driving so had to take care with wine but we had an economical half carafe of wine and did not feel bad at leaving some behind, it was a perfectly acceptable wine. A lemon sorbet to finish lunch and an espresso all proved to be excellent.
At a busier time of the year, with warmer weather I might think twice about having raw shell fish, our only issue was that it was not the salad season and so our side salads were not up to standard.
lunch for two, including the wine 70 - 80 euros
Service was excellent
