visited The Hothouse Cafe at The Medicine Garden in Cobham for a friend's birthday breakfast. We reserved a table as unsure how busy it gets and it was full by the time we left. The service was fantastic, a really helpful waitress who was smiling and relaxed. The breakfast was lovely, my friend's had the porridge which they really enjoyed, and I had the scrambled egg, granary toast and mushrooms, very tasty, proper mushrooms, not tinned.
The only downside was it was half term so a few noisy young children there, and there is only 1 toilet, which was a bit smelly.
An interesting place, definately worth a visit. Price was good.
Would like to try a Summer evening meal there sometime. Lovely surroundings and interesting little shops there too.
