“Location Location Location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

Excellent position for Windsor and Legoland but still reasonably priced. There is a shopping centre a restaurant, 2 supermarkets a cinema and bowling within walking distance. The room was clean and large enough for my husband, teenage daughter and I to share comfortably. The only draw back was the uncomfortable heat in the room, there was no air conditioning and even with the window open all night it was very difficult to sleep. The car-park also became very full. The breakfast that was included with the room charge was good, although it was in high demand and we had to wait for a while for some items, it set us up for the day in Legoland. In this instance Location was everything.

Excellent staff at the hotel and at the pub next door. Very hot but ample parking and a sound premier inn experience here. Traffic noise was not too bad. Bathroom beginning to look a bit tired and drainage a bit slow.

We picked here to stay after we had been to Legoland (about 15 mins down the road) and it was the cheapest in the area. We stayed late at Legoland so didn't get here till about 7.45 however the pub was packed and they said it would be about an hour before we could get a table, we were too tired to wait so went in to the hotel hoping for some room service etc. The receptionist was brilliant and although there was no room service she recommended getting a dominos as they were just out the back, she even offered to call them for us but we decided to have a shower and order from our room.

The pizza arrived so quick I was surprised it was cooked! but that's another story!

Only one thing i could find fault with this place was it was so hot and as usual even though we were on the ground floor you could only open the window 2 inches, there was a plug in fan in the room which did help a bit but as the plugs in the room are few and far between we couldn't put it anywhere that would really help. I've since been told some prem inns have air con, about time it was fitted here too!

Over all not bad, bit of road noise since its right next to the main road through town which the boy races seemed to like but we were that tired we slept like logs.

Room Tip: try to get one away from the roundabout

Not the best I have stayed a however the Staff were lovely. Room tired & in need of a refurb. Road noise an issue round the hotel. Restaurant adequate, suggest smaller menu choice but better cuts of meat.

We stayed here as a family of four, for two nights whilst visiting Legoland Windsor. Although there had been very hot weather leading unto our visit, typically the day we arrived it had turned and we had rain and drizzle with cooler temperatures. When we got into the hotel the first evening we commented about the temperature as we entered the reception but once we entered our room, it really was like a sauna. That evening we all struggled to sleep, even though there was a small fan in the room. There was no air con system. The following morning we told reception who were extremely helpful and by the time we got back from breakfast a large fan had been set up in our room. What a difference! Staff were very helpful indeed.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff at the Brewers Fayre were lovely.
Apart from a very hot room, with dated cooling systems, good customer service.

My wife and I have stayed in about 9 or 10 different Premier Inns, for stays ranging from one night to 4 nights, during two visits to the UK in the past 4 years. We have never been disappointed with any aspect of the facilities and service offered by the hotel.

Particularly notable is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who go to great lengths to meet our needs. Our expectations of a pleasant and comfortable stay have been met every time.

Premier Inn Bracknell Central was no exception.
