Not the best I have stayed a however the Staff were lovely. Room tired & in need of a refurb. Road noise an issue round the hotel. Restaurant adequate, suggest smaller menu choice but better cuts of meat.

We stayed here as a family of four, for two nights whilst visiting Legoland Windsor. Although there had been very hot weather leading unto our visit, typically the day we arrived it had turned and we had rain and drizzle with cooler temperatures. When we got into the hotel the first evening we commented about the temperature as we entered the reception but once we entered our room, it really was like a sauna. That evening we all struggled to sleep, even though there was a small fan in the room. There was no air con system. The following morning we told reception who were extremely helpful and by the time we got back from breakfast a large fan had been set up in our room. What a difference! Staff were very helpful indeed.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff at the Brewers Fayre were lovely.
Apart from a very hot room, with dated cooling systems, good customer service.
My wife and I have stayed in about 9 or 10 different Premier Inns, for stays ranging from one night to 4 nights, during two visits to the UK in the past 4 years. We have never been disappointed with any aspect of the facilities and service offered by the hotel.
Particularly notable is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who go to great lengths to meet our needs. Our expectations of a pleasant and comfortable stay have been met every time.
Premier Inn Bracknell Central was no exception.
Easy parking, friendly and efficient check in at the hotel, and a nice room. However, it was a hot day and with no aircon, plus noise from the busy nearby road, meant we got very little sleep.
The restaurant service at the adjoining Brewers Fayre was shockingly bad! Waiting at their reception we were literally ignored for 10 minutes trying to get someone to initially acknowledge us and then seat us. It was like we were invisible, and I saw others being treated the same way, very rude. They weren't even that busy.
Shame as the food was okay, basic pub grub but what we needed and a good price.
Really nice stay - food was good and was perfect if going to lego land as only 7 miles away and very easy drive.
Family Room was good size. Breakfast and Dinner deals were very good value for money and perfect if away on a family break.
You get what you pay for and this stay was absolutely fine.
Booked 2 rooms. One with disabled access. Both were clean and staff accommodated us when we checked in. Magdalena ensured the rooms were clean and ready for us. The chap on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Went to the pub next door for dinner. It was bursting at the seams due to the nightly offer. Food was acceptable though service quite slow (probably because it was so busy).
Biggest problem was the room temperature. Window only opened a few inches and no aircon. It was absolutely boiling!
All in all an acceptable stay for the price. It did what we needed it to.
