Good location for restaurants, bars and entertainment. Room adequate, but mattresses are not the best quality, bathtub was leaking. But good value for money for one night!

Room Tip: As location is very central it could be noisy, so ask for a quite room.

Good value for money if only basing this on price - 21euros for twin room & included full breakfast ! Room adequate but basic & the bedding very thin with one synthetic pillow
How this gets a 4 star rating is amazing
It is in the heart of Paceville the bar & clubbing area of Malta so great if this is your scene. Also has a roof top pool ( not used ) but would be good in Summer.Downside is that the double glazed windows did not keep the noise out & as the hotel is surrounded by shops cafes bars & restaurants the noise levels were high. Our friends had a room at the back of the hotel where it was quiet so would advise requesting that side if you want a good nights sleep

Room Tip: Choose a room at the back of the hotel as it is quieter

The excuse for staff in front desk is what makes this place unforgettable but for all the wrong reasons. Stear clear !!!

This hotel is noisy, not just from the traffic with drivers constantly using their horns, but from the nightclubs and young kids out until the early hours. Most reviews tell you that this hotel is in the middle of a complex, but doesn't tell you that the complex is 4 floors of shops and noisy restaurants and is actually a shopping centre. Our room was over looking the cinema and bowling alley with no balcony - probably just as well! To get to the restaurant we had to walk across the shopping complex and take a lift four levels up. To get to the pool was seven levels up, we didn't use it as it would mean walking back to our room in soggy swimsuits, via the shops.
The Staff were ok although there was always a young receptionist who didn't know the answer to anything we asked. Our card for the lifts and room lost it's magnetic code and had to be redone, but we weren't offered any explanation. Our TV didn't work and took 4 days to sort out, but we could only to access one English channel unless we paid a further 7 euros every 24 hours. In summary, if you are parents with young children, don't go there they won't get any sleep and nor will you. If you are over 21 forget it!

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the bay and towards the back of the hotel - or book another hote

Dirty door handles, small and uncomfortable beds with even smaller sheets, uncontrollable AC, rude staff, things dissappearing from your bags, etc. The pool's nice though

I sleep in hotels all the time and never gave a bad review. This place is dreadfull if you are planning to have any sleep at all! This is probably an ok place if you are only planning to crash on your bed at 7. People rang my phone from other room drunk. They set on the fire alarm 2 or 3 times. They continuous talked loudly in the corridor all night. Walls super thin. You have to get the remote control for TV at reception against deposit. Internet not working from rooms. Stay away unless your on a stag party and will only want to have a shower!

When we arrived we were very pleased to recieve a room at the very back of the hotel, which i presume would have been much quieter than the front.
The room was basic but clean with regular maid service.
On checkout even on our insistence we didnt watch any pay tv they charged us 14 euro. When i tried to explain to LAURA it must have been a mistake she ignored me as though she couldnt even see me and even made us wait for our 6 euro change(from 20 deposit) to come from a shop outside as she had no change(only a 20 euro note, which was rightfully ours anyway) I think being a hotel that already has bad reviews surely theyd provide the best service they can to get customers coming back.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back if you can
