“Had a good stay”

The hotel was a good choice as it was tranquil and nice. The spa and leisure centre were great also. Only complaint which is beyond the hotels control was the building taking place at the time it started really early and was rather dusty.
Overall the service was good food was good room nice and spacious and staff extremely attentive and helpful would return and would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel for one night while on a business trip. Check-in was smooth but a bit long winded. I tried to take the elevator but this was an enfuriating experrience and I opted to carry my luggage up the stairs instead. The elevator has no buttons inside and has a digital panel outside where you are supposed to pick the floor you wish to take. I ended up going to floor 6, 5 and then back to 3 despite wishing to be on floor 4. The hotel know they have an issue with the elevators and offered free wifi as compensation which in my opinion should be free anyway with the cost of the rooms.

Initially I was put on floor 4 which I discovered was the smoking floor as soon as I opened my door. I could not stay in this room, so I was offered another room on floor 7 which was very nice and had a great view of the harbour.

Breakfast was good, the quality of the food was fine and the selection was very good.

Room Tip: Avoid floor 4 which is all smoking rooms...I didnt even know hotels had this anymore.

Once again we were wonderfully looked after at this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and well equipped. The sea view over Baluta Bay was great and sitting on the balcony admiring the view with a cup of coffee is a great way to start the day! All the staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff, who more than made up for the closure of the executive lounge.
It is good to see that the lifts are being revamped as these were a major bottleneck, especially at breakfast time. The 2 new lifts are excellent (better than the 4 old ones) and when the other 2 are finished shortly there will be no problems.
Breakfast was excellent and the food in the bar is good and reasonably priced. Service was very good.

Room Tip: The higher floors have the best views.

Have been staying in this hotel now for six days and it is wonderful. The location is great, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast sets you up for the day. The spa is very good although pricey, but if the weather was better we could have spent some time in the great roof top swimming pool, maybe next time. All in all an excellent choice with great service. A big thank-you to all the staff.

Room Tip: 812 was great and south facing, with no noise

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. All staff from check in to Bar gave great service and tried to do more than expected.

The hotel had building work going on during my stay which had been going on for a while but it did not bother us noise wise. The problem is the building was getting new lifts installed, Work went on during the day but it was well screened off and 2 lifts had been completed. The system was slow though an it was frustrating from time to time.

The hotel gym and spa a real treat and the prices for massages and other treatments not too expensive. Daily offers available.

The hotel Breakfast had lots of choice and was great for us as we booked B&B. We had some really lovely meals in the hotel lounge during our stay and the hotel is very well priced for food and beverages.

Very clean great value and would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day stay in this wonderful hotel, May I say that without doubt this is truly a 5 star hotel for all the right reasons. Food, rooms, location, and particularly the staff especially the girls on reception and Gilbert and Mario. Also the reservation manager Adrian. Nothing is to much trouble for them and they are all pleasant and knowledgable. There was a little work ongoing to upgrade the lift system, but not too inconvenient. Get a front sea view room and you'll be more than happy. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks time to visit our daughter who lives and works in Malta, and stay at the le meridian.

This is the 5th time I have been in Malta and this is the first time I stayed in Le Meridien. I will not look for any other hotel in my next trips. The location is excellent. The food is good. The service quality is good. The rooms are large and clean.

Room Tip: The rooms with sea view are very good.
