As a regular customer I'd expect more from this restaurant. However shame that as the restaurant grown has grown the poor service quality and poor food has let it down.
Firstly wait staff seemed to be new and not overly friendly (doesn't make you want to repeat custom here).
Secondly and more importantly the food arrived and was 50% edible. The rice came to table barely warm and was 50% burnt and dried and clumped together on the bottom. Very poor indeed.
The restaurant was full of drinkers (5pm) at the time so the kitchen wasn't exactly rushed off it's feet.
My advice to ANY restaurant if you wouldn't eat and pay for it yourself, don't serve it.
If management aren't willing to constantly check that food comes out of the kitchen satisfactorily then expect a decline in your custom.
