If you love oysters this is the place for you! We enjoyed them so much we made a second trip to Sciacca during our recent holiday in St Julian's. Great fish, especially the sea bass baked in salt and the stewed lamb with pasta. The sommelier and maître d' were superb on our first night - so welcoming and wonderfully enthusiastic. Sadly, the service was not so good midweek with more of a laissez-faire attitude when we were seated upstairs and the standard of one of our main meals not quite as good as the first time - our pasta dish had to be sent back with little acknowledgement let alone apology. In all, a safe bet for fish lovers.
