Stayed here for the first time in January 2009, i have been visiting Haugesund at least 10 times for period of weeks since then and I have always stayed at this nice guesthouse when it has not been fully booked. My last visit was from 20th until 30th of September. It is a wonderful old building full of atmosphere with quiet, nice and clean rooms. I've stayed in most of the rooms during my years of travels to Haugesund and all the rooms have been very clean, old and maybe a little bit worn but clean. A few rooms have the bathroom next to the room (it is not shared with other rooms. The breakfast is self service and better than you get in many expensive hotels as it is very fresh. (Healthy bread and lots of different bread spread, cereal, milk, juice and variation of coffee/tea) The owner and the staff are very helpful and extremely service minded. This is a very good quality Guesthouse for the price you pay taken the age and location into consideration. I will be back again in January 2013.
