Expected more from the hotel. Although they kindly upgraded our room to a suite, we were ovelooking the carpark and when it rained, water came through a hole in the wall which had to be plastered that night. The buffet was great and all areas were very clean. The pool was very small considering it is a child friendly hotel.

As i lay here locked in my room, the sense of customer service does not exsit in this hotel and as I wander to reception for the third time to gain access to the room I have paid for. I await the usually comment, that magnetic strips on the cards are faulty, and that it's basically my fault as I kept the key in my pocket/wallet, I don't know were anyone else puts them maybe they give them to donald duck or mickey mouse to mind, and to be honest they would probably be in safer hands with fictional characters. Every day without fail I walk down to reception to get the key re-validated, and for one night and a morning I had no electricity I hope all you readers find the irony of my first comment as they call the hotel dreamcastle, I really do feel I have been locked up. With a long day in eurodisney, the last thing you want i to come home with this type of hassle, I didn't even want anything from the hotel a sorry would be nice or even an acknowledgement from managment, but apparently she was to busy to come out and apologise but what more would you expect from this hotel. I will say the rooms are clean, and it's a nice layout. But if you are ever contemplating staying in this hotel, I suggest you do a week strecth in your local prison instead.

Great location, just a few minutes on a shuttle from the parks. Rooms are very spacious. Grounds are beautiful. Does not really look like a castle inside or out, more like a posh Travel Lodge.

The staff were helpful and polite, athough there was a mix up with our room, we were given a room which was already being used!! This did take 20 minutes or so to sort out, no big deal I suppose.

One piece of advice is to AVOID the evening buffett, we found it to be very poor. Raw chicken and a very strange selection of food. Breakfasts were a different story, they were excellent and could not be faulted.

“Perfect for children and big kids!”

Dream Castle Hotel

Just returned from the Dream Castle hotel and have to say was not disapointed! The reception area is a child's dream with a ball pool, carousel, sword in the stone and thrones to sit on. As two adults the magic of disneyland was not lost at all and we loved our stay. From the bus station you get the number 54 bus at the opposite side to the other named hotel bus shelters - something which took us some time to work out! The buses are free and run up to 12 at night which is great for a relaxing evening in the fun disney village. Only thing to watch for is the breakfast which can get very busy, luckily we arrived early and so did not have to wait in the Qs but many many others did. Hotel pool is very small and the jacuzzi was not working during our stay but still nice surroundings. One negative point is the trek into Paris which we had to do a few times to see the sights and it is quite a journey -about an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel was fab and particularly good if you want to explore disneyland.
