As i lay here locked in my room, the sense of customer service does not exsit in this hotel and as I wander to reception for the third time to gain access to the room I have paid for. I await the usually comment, that magnetic strips on the cards are faulty, and that it's basically my fault as I kept the key in my pocket/wallet, I don't know were anyone else puts them maybe they give them to donald duck or mickey mouse to mind, and to be honest they would probably be in safer hands with fictional characters. Every day without fail I walk down to reception to get the key re-validated, and for one night and a morning I had no electricity I hope all you readers find the irony of my first comment as they call the hotel dreamcastle, I really do feel I have been locked up. With a long day in eurodisney, the last thing you want i to come home with this type of hassle, I didn't even want anything from the hotel a sorry would be nice or even an acknowledgement from managment, but apparently she was to busy to come out and apologise but what more would you expect from this hotel. I will say the rooms are clean, and it's a nice layout. But if you are ever contemplating staying in this hotel, I suggest you do a week strecth in your local prison instead.
