Just got home from a fabulous trip with my two children (9 years & 4 years). The park is kept in emasculate condition, with people continually walking around sweeping.
It was very cold so queuing up was a chilly experience but that would be the same at any park.
Some rides were not open (due to the rain/wind/cold). This was a shame as the boys were looking forward to trying out the toy story soldiers, tram ride around the studio and more.
A top tip is if you are staying at one of the Disney hotels you get an early entry pass so can go into the park two hours before it actually opens!
I would recommend the dinning with characters - we had breakfast with Micky and also met goofy, Pluto, tigger and more. To then see a queue for 40minutes to just meet Mickey made it more than worth it!
We went to buffalo bill dinner night-it was a great experience with 25 horses, Buffalo And more! Food was good (far to much even!) and the beer/soft drinks kept being poured (good to know when it's made out you'll need to buy drinks before you go in).
We stayed at the hotel sequoia which was fabulous, although our room had a strong smell of smoke. The room was a good size for a short stay.
Hope this helps!
