“We Will Be back :)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2012

Great Location, next to the airport and a 2 min walk to the train station .
Our room was spotless , the staff were great and you get free transfers to and room the airport. We stayed over xmas and everything was open. The only thing bad was the cost of food in the hilton, but thats whats to be expected after all it is the hilton and it is paris. Never the less we will be back :)

Slightly uncaring staff, poor value for money and a substandard restaurant (both in terms of service and food quality) are failings common to airport hotels, and they are also in evidence here. That said, the rooms are large, comfortable, clean and conducive to a good night's sleep.

For a short evening stopover en-route from London to Africa, I was pleased with the Hilton, one of the smarter airport hotels and at a good price via one of the last minute websites. The trick, however, is to find it and that was a bit of a challenge. Arriving in Terminal 2, I eventually learnt that you need to take the CDGVAL shuttle (mono-rail) one stop to Roissypol T3 which is the main bus and train hub. The Hilton sits adjacent to the main terminus, as does the Novotel and Ibis. Signage could be better but it is worth the hunt.

The manager had insured me a year ago that the restaurant in the hotel would be better.

Alas, this has not happened. The restaurant is even worse.

At 8:30 pm, we looked at the buffet and paid 69 euros for fatty veal, dried out peas, bread that was almost stale, limited number of everything...cheese, hors d'oeuvres, deserts, a disaster.

Breakfast was so-so, with limited everything again. Everything is going downhill.

Even the toiletries in the hotel, are puny and ugly. I forgot the maker's name. Unknown.

You would think you are in Motel 6 (or is it 8?)

I'll go to the Novotel next time.

My group of 8 stayed here for one night before returning to the USA. We had been quite concerned about shuttle services having read many reviews of sketchy service at many CDG hotels. We had 2 rental cars to re-fuel and return to the rental agency. The staff went way beyond what was necessary to escort us to the service station we had passed on the way in, then took us to the rental agency desk and returned us to the hotel. The next morning we took an early shuttle to the airport though our flight was later in the morning. We sat in the back and the driver kind of forgot about us until he returned to the hotel. We told him we could wait...no problem, as we had plenty of time. He was terribly embarrassed and returned us to our terminal immediately, with even more apologies. The hotel rooms are excellent, quite large by European standards and impeccably clean. A great place to stay for a night or two on arrival or departure from Paris and environs.

This property has great rooms, a decent executive lounge, and a pretty good breakfast. Rooms are spacious with new beds and good internet access. Also, good access to the city bus system and the train station is within walking distance. For going to Paris, however, it is quite a trek daily to get there; about a 20-30 minute train ride to Paris Nord depending on which train you take. Over a week stay, we found it to be a bit taxing as the trains/metros are not the most comfortable environments. Service was exceptional and the rates reasonable I think for Europe Hiltons. I would stay here again, but only if it was for an overnight to catch a flight the next morning. Also, there are no restaurants around the place or anything else for that matter, so we had to eat breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and lunch in the city while we toured around. You can get a snack at the train station but that gets old pretty fast as the options are limited and prices exorbitant.

We stayed here for a business meeting. The hotel is very nice but the breakfast and in general the food in the hotel is very expensive.
