Rai Khun Mon is an eco-tourism center where farmers around the area are taught sustainable farming methods and produce organic products. There is a showroom of different products sold from various farms in the collaborative. We went there as a school trip and got to see how corn, lemongrass and asparagus are grown, how sesame is pressed into oils and made into herbal compresses and how to make all kinds are great Thai traditional food in addition to corn milk, corn toffee and corn ice cream.
