Owner description: Rosemary Beach is a neo-traditional town located on northwest Florida's gulf coast, between Panama City and Destin, at the eastern end of Scenic Route 30A. Easily accessible by air or by car, the town is a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and a one-hour drive from the Fort Walton Beach Okaloosa Airport. The Rosemary Beach Land Company and President Patrick Bienvenue had a vision they wanted to share with the world. In 1995, that vision became a reality and Rosemary Beach was born. Rosemary Beach Land Company’s development plan is founded in the principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development. Inspired by other classic beach towns, the 107-acre, gulf-front town of Rosemary Beach was designed to bring back the notions of community, neighborhood and convenience. In other words, this slice of heaven on earth offers residents the opportunity to live and work in paradise. In their search for paradise, people often travel to the far corners of the earth, only to come up empty-handed. In reality, paradise is a lot closer than most people think. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing breezes blowing off the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The peace and tranquility of gently lapping surf, singing gulls and sandpipers. These are things that have been quietly awaiting discovery in a section of Florida's panhandle. These are the ingredients that make up the town Rosemary Beach--paradise found.Residents of Rosemary Beach are lucky to not only live and work here, but also to have the opportunity to play here. When work is finished and the rest of the errands can wait, Rosemary Beach is the perfect location for a vacation. Mild year-round temperatures, yet still a change of season; spectacular beaches free from crowds; the natural beauty of a beach-side destination located on a designated scenic road; aesthetically-pleasing architecture and award-winning, expertly-designed layout; convenient and quaint town center, amenities such as tennis courts, pools, dune walkovers to the beach and lots of green areas in which to relax; these are the qualities of the new paradise of Rosemary Beach.

“Rosemary Beach is the perfect beach town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2015

We have vacationed in Rosemary Beach for years, then decided to make this beach community our permanent home! We are so blessed. This little town has everything you need, a fantastic school, church, post office, shopping and restaurants. The beaches of South Walton rival any island I have travelled. Sugar white sands and gorgeous dunes beckon us each day! Summer Kitchen is where the locals hang & eat fresh wraps and burgers. Bombora Sun & Surf is a fantastic shop for swimwear and gear, Havana Bar at night for cocktails. Tourists leave their SUV's parked for the week and ride bikes everywhere. Rosemary is enchanting with park benches, large green spaces for family football and bocce games, wooden boardwalks twisting between tree hidden homes. The locals are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

“Best spot in Florida”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2015

The architecture and the beach are both so lovely. I recommend visiting this spot during any season. The restaurant options along 30 A will cost you many hours of exercise but the food is worth it! I hope to return with my golf clubs next time. There are several nice courses nearby.

“Idyllic”

Rosemary Beach is a gem. It's a gorgeous community with luxury amenities such a superb restaurants, shopping and a terrific spa. I was there recently for a wedding and it was the perfect spot for a December wedding on the Eastern Green. The beach is stunning- the whitest of sand and water like turquoise. It's all a bit of a dream- like the Caribbean without the flight. It's perfect for families. I highly recommend this bit of heaven.

“Great Vacation Spot”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2015

The whole area is well designed. Lots of people and families get around on bikes. The building, condo and shops are very nice. Great place for family time or couple time. We really like the development you can tell that it was well thought out. You won't find miniature golf and all of the rest of the things instead it is a great place to relax and have fun. Beach of course is awesome.
We will be back.

“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2015

We stayed in the Carillon Beach Resort next door and came to this quaint little town for breakfast and we were all amazed how perfect this little town was! Great little coffee shops, restaurants, and park spaces to enjoy. I think the beach was restricted but we weren't there for the beach. If you are in the Panama City area, make this little town a stop on your itinerary!
