“unespected restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

It was really unespected to find a restaurant like this one driving in the Conero; the owner was very nice to explain us the different dishes. The food was unusual but very well-cooked, using local ingredients of the season. The tables were of different style and shape and the small rooms were very peaceful. A perfect stop for travellers who want to discover this part of Italy!

“Warm and cosy restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

Very friendly place located in the heart of ‘Parco del Conero’. Perfect destination to enjoy good Italian food after a day on the beach or sightseeing around the area.

The restaurant is quiet and cosy and the owner, Tommaso, surprised us with his perfect English, not so common for this area. We were welcomed with a glass of wine as soon as we opened the door, which made us feel so special we went back the day after.

Food is modern Italian cuisine with a taste of internationality. We enjoyed especially the meat, which was very soft and juicy. The selection of wine is also great.

Price is absolutely ok for the quality you will receive.

Absolutely recommended!

“Excellent find ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

My wife and I called in at this osteria for a coffee when we were travelling around the Conero peninsula in Le Marche. The menu looked so good that we decided to come back for lunch later that day (only open at lunchtimes at weekends). The food was excellent and a bit different and the service friendly. It is a small place and, like many Italian eateries, family owned and run. We started with homemade ravioli which was sublime and followed it with Tagliata di Angus. The tagliata was different to most others we have tried as it was served with raddichio, pine nuts and a red wine reduction. A beautiful plate of food. The dessert was equally good and the presentation of each course was high end restaurant quality. We had half a litre of house red wine which was the local Rosso Conero, perfect match for the food. Sometimes you are lucky to 'stumble upon' these places, this was one of those lucky times.
